Took a few minutes to figure out The tones would not play in the app for me but when transferred to the phone all was ok Esquire
Updates to iTunes has changed the example given for adding the tone that I was able to create I was able to work around this on my PC by emailing the tone putting the file in a folder on my hard drive then adding it to my iTunes Tones library The tone plays well within my library but can not be found on my iPhone 5s SettingsSoundsRingtones when synced even when all boxes are properly checked Hence not Free Worthless Not as expected
