This company is TERRIBLE No phone based customer service email response time is three days and here is the kicker IPHONE USERS CANNOT CALL RINGIO NUMBERS When you try and call there is a long pause and Ringio informs your customer that your line has been disconnected Our line is not disconnected but if your customer calls from an iPhone they will be informed your line is disconnected Call from any other device and you get through right away Ringio has been informed of this several times and the issue still exists Choosing this provider has nearly destroyed my business iPhone Repair DO NOT USE RINGIO CEO
