after the new update I can not edit hue lights in the actions the app crash every time click on light to edit useless app

Stay away from this product It was just sold to Google Nest and is being The supported No further updates of this app or hub are coming Do not waste your money on buying a Revolv hub They have sold out STAY AWAY
First let me say that I believe in the Revolv team and that they have great things in store for their product and this app to control it Being honest though the app is a bare minimum right now You get basic control over devices and really rudimentary triggered actions I mean IFTTT will seem like advanced logic compared to what you get right now When a controlled device turns on or off you can manipulate other devices precisely once If you want to flash a light on off when your door unlocks forget it You can turn a light on but not back off in that same action Or if you have Hue bulbs for instance you cant return the bulbs to their current state after signaling an event with a color change for a short time These guys are just laying the groundwork New devices are slowly certified and added Improvements while they seem slow in coming arrive steadily So keep up the good work Revolv While they are not there yet neither is anyone else Instead Revolv is helping to define just where there might be A good start
The geofencing works about 25 of the time which makes it useless And it has never worked properly with my Nest devices Wish I could return the hub Would Be Great If It Worked
Nice layoutGUI but Limited options n limited support to other z wave devices What If with trimmer is not supported
I am using revolv with a handful of wemo and insteon switches to control lights a space heater and our gas fireplace Overall it feels like a strong beta but not quite a final polished product However In this sector there is no clear front runner From what Ive seen w frequent updates and an active presence on their user forum there is a lot of upside here with revolv Id like to see IFTT support and some stronger conditional rules ie if it is after sunset and I arrive home then turn on porch lights This is a consumer area ripe for disruptive innovation and change Revolv is poised to bring that change but only time will tell if they can dominate this sector Pretty good striving to be awesome

Be careful if your converting over from an established system I have a few switches which dont work The reports are sent in to give them the information so that they might ad them but nothing has happened on these items since I got my preorder of the hardware in 2013 The last update caused error messages and slow response to calls to action It still takes forever to manually turn on a light and often takes 2 tries While the interface is nice it is limited compared to whats out there Im thinking of going back to what I was using at this point and time Great idea with not great implementation
This product is barely supported and is now antiquated technology thanks to their acquisition by Nest Thanks a lot for abandoning all those that bought your product That was nice Dead
2075 stopped working I see motion sensor triggered but the light does not turn on Does not have LE Bluetooth Does not talk to first alert bridge to Insteon I could have purchased many other better working hubs for the price I paid for the Revolv Lame
This has been a frustrating time wasting and money wasting experience do yourself a favor wait until Nests purchase of them infuses enough money or sense or something into their development staff before you invest time and money in this product These guys owe a lot of people a refund

It takes up to a minute or more for the light to turn on once the app button is hit or any button light blinds switch Tech support had no solutions that worked My husband has the same problem At least now Im not getting the failure to find hub error as Im waiting for the light to turn on The latest update did improve something Slow to react

Out of the box it just works No complaints there Every switch every thermostat and lock has integrated well I would like to see improvements in the overall apps and dual memberships within the geolocation settings and timeframe for automated actions to take place Support has been phenomenal and has dealt with any issue that I have came across cuttingedge Overall good product
I overpaid for this device based on the statements and marketing made by Revolv Inc and then boom they left every one of their customers with a half baked 300 device and had the nerve to claim that this was exciting news I wish there was a middle finger option instead of 1 star 300 wasted
I just spent the past few days reading reviews of other apps because of issues related to the old app To my surprise The new app resolved those issues Very happy so far with the upgrade Good job Revolv Keep up the good work Keep those updates coming Pleasantly Surprised
Amazing app but more importantly amazing attention and support by the company The product was already groundbreaking helping to move home automation across that last critical gap from techsavvy hobbyist to the everyday person and the latest update reflects a focused attentiveness to the needs of current and future users As the ability to modify and configure the user interface continues to evolve and improve this gap will continue to shrink leaving the Revolv as the simplest and most capable device Quickly becoming the perfect App
The actions I have created are duplicated once or twice It is now really hard to find my manually created actions Each time I try to edit an action the app crashes Geosensing is highly unstable New update duplicates actions and crashes

They still need to work out a few bugs with the app but overall I have automated a number of hardwired lights ceiling fans and my sonos gear I truly have enjoyed the ease of use and convenience Revolv has given me Great product

If youd asked me last week Id have given this app 4 stars because it makes my life easier and is consistently being upgraded and features added Then revolv sold out got bought by NestGoogle and immediately announced the end of sales and development of the revolv platform This means promises of 7 radios activated ITTT functionality direct control of Hue lights with no controller needed will never be fulfilled revolv abandoned their customers and thus plummet to 1 star Id give less if I could Dead end Product
Ever since the app was updated to the new layout it has been nonstop issues What use to work before does not And the new features its supposed to have work maybe 10 of the time Been back and forth with techs to try to resolve the issues but so far nothing Latest issue is it turns off the tap to unlock by itself Not that it worked when it was on before but that was one thing which was supposed to b fixed FRUSTRATING SO MANY ISSUES
Purchased a revolv to automate and monitor my new home So far have added a door lock light switches 2 thermostats HUE lights Have plans to add more light switches and lights Would like to see camera monitoring and pool control added Everything has worked flawlessly from the start I am looking forward to many years of easy living with Revolv Great start
This is a great product Automatic discovery of devices easy to use interface and support for multiple protocols There are still more products I want to see supported by Revolv but besides that Im a huge fan Great integrated solution
Revolv was a very promising home automation company that I was happy to invest my time and money into 300 for a hub was rather steep but they promised lifelong improvements and updates NestGoogle bought them and immediately discontinued the whole product Refused to give us our money back and never finished the app Revolv simply doesnt work If you are unfortunate enough to come by a Revolv hub stay away They abandoned all their customers Nest and Google should be ashamed with how theyve treated their customers Theres a class action suit in the works against them Keep away Nest Abandoned Revolv
Ive been a home automation geek for years and have wasted countless hours trying to get the native apps to work Finally Revolv actually ties them all together in one easy to setup and use application Thank you If you can get this app to work youre an idiot This app works
Great update The only thing that could make this even better would be a check for 300 This was the last update After less than a year the product was abandon and is no longer being actively developed What an amazingly worthwhile investment Great update Wheres my money

still cant find any app like Revolv I really hate Nest You sold the future to Nest and they killed it think about it what if you did not sold it to Nest what if you still updating your app You would be the best You were the future
