Why do app developers that create an app that is designed for content consumption waste such a massive portion of the screen to blank header bars gigantic fixed text sizes and other wretched UI choices of inefficiency Was this app created for 90 year olds     Horrible UI wasted space

I really enjoyed this app for a while but after use it began to frustrate me Every article source for this article is deeply progressive liberal Im not even a conservative but as a moderate progressive the deep bias rubs me the wrong way Not a single article for instance on the Hobby Lobby decision that isnt a grating opinion piece from the left I might even agree with that viewpoint but Id like to see something from the other side Even if you go to the conservatism topic youll see articles titled the death of conservatism and other progressive news If youre looking for one sided reporting grab this app If you want any sense of balance or reporting from different viewpoints try something with a few more sources     Incredibly slanted

I am always on the lookout for good news apps but for me Reverb is not one of them I like my news easy to tailor by subject and source and eliminate sources I dont want news from To me Zite is the leading example of how to do it Zite has been bought out so I am looking for a replacement Reverbs approach is very different from that it basically wants to throw crap against the wall and see what sticks I dont want to spend months or years training it I want to tell it what I want to read and from whom Reverb may be for people who are not that focused and want a source that selects the news for them Some of the newsfeed apps also do a better job than Reverb is able or wants to do If an app wont let me pick my sources on a continuing basis it gets deleted     Reverb

Finding new content by having it all grouped by topics is so nice Love flitting around through related concepts also                 Captivating

First two stars only because the app functions reasonably well But that is not enough This has been done before Mosaic by Tribune comes to mind The blocks of news with pictures thing simply does not work Seeing a picture of something doesnt really impart much info and the layout means very little can be provided in content to clarify Add to that the extremely chaotic mashup of content some stories with blurb in box near it some with overlay text repetitive icons everywherenever mind that in most cases you have insufficient info to know what a story is let alone need to share it at that point etc makes in unpleasant to even make the attempt to browse Might be some great algorithm behind it but I am afraid it wont make much difference This is a fail        Terrible way to get news

Just got the updated app The app has always been good but I can save interesting articles to read later now                 I can save to Pocket now

Sorry I had to delete this app I enjoy aggregate media appsZite set the barbut this apps presentation of the content ignores the tenets of professional graphics and UX Instead of polished typography and an elegant arrangement of the articles the Reader has to rummage through a cacophony of snippets as if a hoarder had collected them God help you if you try to navigate the topics screen     Visual vomit

I want to like this app I like the concept but all the news articles are terribly biased I consider myself a middle of the road more conservative person but nearly every article I read leans so far to the left I feel like Im falling off a cliff and drinking the coolaide while Im falling I understand that Reverb is only sharing articles written by other news organizations but there is little to no diversity I would not recommend this app     Terribly biased

Reverb has just solved my 1 problem with their app I was finding way too much to read through their word wall and couldnt get to it all now I can save to Pocket and read stuff on flights Woot The whole app looks a little shinier too I dont know what they did but the articles look even better                 Reverb Pocket sitting in a tree KISSING

I like the concept of the app seems there are still some bugs to work out Articles are slow to load if the ever do pictures often fail to show and general sluggishness moving around Hopefully these will be addressed in future updates        I want to like it

First off the app itself is great It runs smooth and looks awesome Unfortunately there is one thing that breaks Reverb for me and other people Most articles I have found on here are from a wellwritten well informed liberal perspective which is fine but the problem is that there are little to no conservative articlessources to be found and the only ones I was able to find happened to be based on their weakest arguments and viewpoints If I wanted to hear smart liberals and dumb conservatives Id watch MSNBC or CNN or some other mainstream outlet There are actually some very good conservative articles to be found throughout the internet unless this was intentional by the developers I dont see why they are nowhere to be found on here All in all this is a very well designed app in terms of user interface and performance however its onesidedness heavily detracts from it UPDATE Well the app itself is outstanding however Reverb is still EXTREMELY slanted which as I said before heavily detracts from its reliability My overall opinion Go ahead and at least check it out it really is a coollooking news app Just be prepared to read some heavily biased articles        Another onesided news app

The app looks nice Too bad it takes forever if at all to load the news stories after you select one It seems like about 1 out of 5 stories actually load The rest leave you staring at a loading spinner so long that youre already done taking a dump and no wiser to world events because if it     Too Slow Loading Stories

Unique design that grabs you right away but the real deal is the recommendations it makes after youve been using it for a little while Some are really obvious but the best are the ones that are not obviousarticles that I wouldnt have found any other way Alsotwo thumbs up for the Pocket integration                 Works so well its almost creepy

I just have to say with each update there are major improvements to make the experience even better You guys are killing it with giving users what they ask for The app is beautiful and easy to use I am SO glad I can share to pocket for checking out articles later                 Thank you for Pocket

Im just not ready to join the Idiocracy so Fritoboard is useless for me Flipboard has simply to much useless GUI fluff and too little substance Zite was perfect but as they sold out Reverb seems as though it will work as a replacement              Good Zite Replacement

Why does anyone need reverb Im confused by its supposed thinking I can think for myself and already have all my essential news and feeds nicely organized and delivered and shareable with a multitude of services all within FEEDLY I totally say skip this over hyped app Side note of I wanted to play word association Im sure theres another app for that lol     FEEDLY is 1000 times better

I love the look of this app and its a good way to quickly get a feel for trending news It would be perfect if the social feed worked and it didnt crash quite so often              Great looking app wish it didnt crash so often

I want to love this App It needs two features It needs to be able to share content easier For example I want to save articles to Pocket and this is the one app that fails at this Second I use this app for scientific research around cancer and immune functions but half the news will be about charities not the medical research I was looking for Would be helpful to find articles that contain A but not B        Needs a few key features

This app shows up on all kinds of ingame offer sites not once has it EVER paid up Expedia too Nice for news I suppose if your actually getting it for its intended purpose     Dont get if your doing an app offer

First of all let me say this is my favorite app I find myself using Reverb more than any other resource out there On top of that I had a technical issue that the Reverb staff addressed immediately Excellent customer care 5 stars all around                 Fantastic
