I bought both the iPhone and iPad version it is a very nice app and makes JIRA far more useable on the iPhone and iPad I had an issue and the developer responded very quickly with a fix Highly recommend Best JIRA app client and great support

I know this is not the place to post support issues but its the only way I can since every time I try to submit a bug report in the app it crashes Reason for the bug report is because I am getting error 400 when I try to edit an issue Good could be better

Ive tried several other apps to access JIRA but this one is the most feature complete that Ive tested I use a hosted JIRA instance that auths against Google Apps so I had to go to my account settings and create a password in JIRA Best JIRA app Ive used

Dont look to this as a front end for greenhopper but it does its job well enough I suppose Quick way to create a ticket

I am unable to access the time tracking features which prevents me from setting and updating estimates I can do this on Jira Connect Pro so I dont believe this is an API limitation But it does make this app less useful Gordon me Incomplete access

This app is so much more usable than the app from Atlassian themselves I can edit all of my issues add new ones and share a ton of info while mobile Only one downside I cannot add a new project Very impressed

This used to be a great app Now it just crashes over and over almost with every bug or feature submission Unusable Get a proper crash reporter and QA Crashes non stop

Update company finally responded and said their only person that can help is deathly sick and they are so sorry they cant help Sticking with 1 star on this Avoid Bought the app It will not connect even though all requirements are met I have emailed tech support and have not received anything more than their automated response Happy to change rating if I get tech support to assist with connection One week of waiting as of this writing Cant connect no response from tech support

When its able to establish a connection which is about 20 of the time this app works as expected However most of the time the app is useless due to its inability to connect to my JIRA server Very poor error feedback as well it just says something like Cannot connect at this time I would NOT recommend this app Terrible connectivity issues

Works perfect with on demand supports editing custom fields well done Would love to see support for green hopper added to this so we can manage our sprints too Finally someone built a solid app

Ive tried everything to use this app and I can even sign in Cant even sign in

I bought this for my iPad and then found out that the purchase doesnt transfer to my iPhone as they are built to be different apps Im totally cool with paying for app development but Im not keen on buying things twice just because Im carrying a slightly different device iPadiPhone Versions Separate Purchase

If you use JIRA for task tracking get this app Basic functionality is well done I would definitely love to see a green hopper screen where I can monitor sprint progress Very useful

Excellent App Believe me this app is superb for managing Jira with beautiful UI and usability If you want something to manage Jira go ahead and buy it totally worth it for its capability Excellent App

I looked at many of the jira apps This one by far was the cleanest and most complete I would recommend it Very good app

I know id love this app since first time I purchased it It connect flawlessly to my JIRA on demand After weeks of using it i found no bugs except a few feature request which the developer promised to deliver in within this month I see some user review failed connecting to their JIRA server my suggestion is check your JIRA server compatibility since Resolveit use REST API which come with zero needed configuration in JIRA 5 or later Resolveit will not work with JIRA prior to version 5 Works brilliantly without any needed configuration

Not that there isnt plenty of room for improvement but this is by far the best JORA client Ive found for the iPad There are some more complete ones for the iPhone and of course desktop operating systems but they dont make use of the additional screen space in a meaningful fashion if at all I hope it continues to improve for things like supporting resolution types and custom fields as well as a direct link to the web site if you need to view an issue there for some reason Far and away the best for the iPad

I love the user interface From reading the description I thought that custom fields could be viewed and edited Am I missing something Hook to GreenHopper

This is the most expensive but it works Apple should just remove anything that doesnt work Finally an App that works

Developers main website is a coming soon page app page is nothing but an add for the app There is no support for this app whatsoever This is most annoying because I cant connect to my Jira server and no debugging information is provided I have no idea what to try next update Jira server reconfigure API access move to a standard port something else No support in app or on website
