I have to deposit lots of checks and every time it is a nightmare to do The checks have to match in size which is understandable but when they are the same size itll say they arent and youll have to retake the picture Recently the camera for this has gotten worse Ill be taking a picture from far away and then suddenly when Im reviewing it its so close up that you can barely read it It does several other things such as tilting the camera angle to the completely other side cutting off edges and making my signature not show up even when its heavily darkened Depositing Checks is a nightmare
Thank you for implementing the fingerprint option for access This app has no delays in viewing transactions or balance unlike most bank apps The UX is really well thought out The programmers did a really great job on this one Congrats to them Best bank app
Love being able to check my account anytime Ive been with this bank since I was 16 and now 40 they never let me down I love not having to wait for the bank to be open and that my sister and I can transfer money between the two no problems Account

I love Redstone Federal Their banking app is extremely easy convenient to use I like the fact that it can locate branches and ATMs for you along with times of operation Then the remote deposit is super helpful easy to use I havent used the app to Pay People yet but thats pretty awesome I really like the cash back deals as well and the ability to do transfers and check on your account on your phone Super awesome app Easy convenient banking app

Forty times FORTY The captured image is consistently distorted point of perspective is not what I shot I put the whole check within the boundaries and can snap the front then the back is too far away not completely visible or different size than the front of the check Worthless Deposit doesnt work with 6 plus camera
Only complaint is my bank account looks nothing like the pictures in the App Store Great app

Awsome Straight to the point
Whoever thought that it would be a great idea to remove the credit card function needs to be fired This function has been lacking and was finally added only to be removed now Ascend has this feature and they use the exact same app provider If you wont provide your customers with what they want then your competition will Middle TN isnt Huntsville If you want people to switch to you or stay with you step your game plan up If I knew this was going to happen I would stayed with Ascend and not worried about it Come on

I waited to open a Redstone account until they had version 1 of their app available The iPad app has added functionality over the iPhone app but both work very well They are easy to use My only gripe and it is small is that the deposit function has a hard time finding the edges of business sized checks resulting in having to take the picture over if it cant find the edges This is not enough of an annoyance to reduce the number of stars Reliable and easy to use

The app is now unusable after the account verification was added Simply when you log inthe app asks you to be texted or called for a five digit verification number When sent there is NO where to input the code rendering login in useless or rather not possible Lastly even if you register a devise online such as your home computer the verification is still required each and every time you log in Unusable

As a college student i am still immature and learning how to save money With this app it makes stopping at the atm a thing of Great way to save money
The RFCU app is good and all but the main reason I got this is so I wouldnt have to go to the nearest bank which is twenty minutes away So depositing checks by taking a picture of them is an AMAZING idea But when it doesnt work 99100 times I may as well drive twenty minutes to the bank and deposit it there But as for the little things I can see my past purchases and transactions and put money into different accounts TLDR Good app but the main reason i got it does not work Good app but only got it to deposit which barely works

Ive used the app since it first came out The effort to continually upgrade and include security and functions that are comparable to other bank apps has been great The current iPad app is excellent This is the way to bank Always Improving
