Itd be a great app if it didnt crash every few minutes losing some of the data youd entered recently As is Im finding it incredibly painful to use and want my 3 back        Constant crashes

I generally do not write any reviews for apps in the store I am super impressed with this app My wife keeps all of her receipts so we emptied out her purse and scanned them to Evernote This has gotta be the best 3 I have ever spent Its organized available on my computer iPad and iPhone Surprised there are not more users I set up my wifes as folders from the top brick and mortar retailers she shops at This has got to be the best way to organize your receipt Thank you                 Awesome

I love Evernote and in order to simplify my life I opt for apps that sync with it I tried about three receipt scanners for my freelance business and stopped looking when I tried RecieptMate              Excellent Just what I needed

Loved the app but fixing to remove it Have to connect to Evernote every couple of weeks even though I selected year Sent 4 emails and ZERO response        ZERO support

Im just learning what this app can do Every time I think of a feature I would like to have I find a way to configure the app to do it It tightly integrates with Evernote which means it has even more possibilities Im going to use this app to track all of the receipts for a construction project Reports are generated in excel format which means you will be able to slice and dice data to your hearts content                 Excellent photo capture

Before you use it though it would be good to set up you notebooks so its easier to get organized Must have if you are already using Evernote                 Tried a few but this works great

This app is integrated w Evernote so you can access the info from your laptop It takes clear pictures that you can zoom in on Its exactly what I was looking for                 Love It

Now I have to reconnect the program to Evernote on an almost daily basis The program also feels it is necessary to go through a tutorial as if is the first time I am using the program It would be be great if the program had the ability to recognize that I have a few 100 or so entries So as to spare me from this exasperating process Hmm Need to reconnect once again No thanks Looking for another program right now     Great when it works

Let me preface this by saying Ive tried a bunch of the free apps and this paid app is proving to be the best of the bunch so far I used to use Lemon WalletLifelock Wallet before which work well for me but theyve removed the receipt log feature from what I can see Here are my problems with Receiptmate having used it for a couple of hours 1 I save up receipts and log them all in one go Default date for new entries is the current date Fine But adjusting the date when logging receipts is in a separate menu which requires an extra click or 2 to access It also uses a full calendar format instead of a scrollroll bar format as per iOS Calendar for instance so you have to spend extra time navigating through the whole years calendar to find the date you want Both these things add unnecessary time that adds up when you have a few months receipts to log 2 No receipt reading software Im not opposed to manually entering data The receipt reading software can be very hit an miss as I have witnessed on a bunch of the other apps Lifelock had both options though manual and automatic input of data which worked well together You could choose what info to enter per receipt and the scanning software would do the rest hopefully This should really have similar Im still using this for now By and large its pretty good On the whole its well designed compared to others I have seen But there is room for much improvement in ease of use And if Lifelock reintroduces their receipt logging component Ill jump back in a second           Not bad Room for improvement

Sadly theres no way to review App Store as my full review was erased after receiving the error message that my nickname was already taken However Im disappointed enough with this app to rehash a few points 1 Receiptmate allows anyone with access to your device to see all of your notes in Evernote 2 No way to restrict notebooks such as bank statements or articles about health etc from being viewed through Receiptmate 3 No option to enable a passcode in Receiptmate 4 Contacted customer support Its been over a month and not even a reply to confirm receipt of my message Even though it was a few bucks I regret having spent it on this app        Bad Security No Tech Support

So far Ive only scanned 4 receipts so i havent used it regularly but it is super fast and easy to use I love it at this point and I think its going to help save a lot of time in the future                 Just what I was lookin for

I love this app I do use Evernote already so it is a great add on to my filing system I run a charter sailboat and I get a half dozen receipts a day I love how easy it is to use and the tagging and report generation functions all me to track where the money is going                 Amzing

Unless you want to manually set the crop regions I would pass on this app It is common that you will have the background or a tabletop in the photo and the app will not detect the edge properly     Poor paper edge detection

I love this app But lately its been making me re authorize its access to Evernote constantly This is a real problem since I then have no choice but to do the tutorial all over again SUCH A PAIN Please fix           Love BUT had a major ISSUE

This app is crazy helpful There was a bit of learning but well worth it The running total feature and the pdf reporting feature made my endofyear much easier Just sent the reports to my accountant and I had the back up receipts scanned in Evernote This app deserves wider recognition                 Small Business Lifesaver

Receiptmate is my go to tool for tracking receipts for my business It is fast a simple Low friction is key to going paperless My only complaint is that it crashes sometimes When you open it again it forces you to reauthorize with Evernote and makes you go through the entire tutorial again Even if it had a skip tutorial button that would be awesome              Great front end to evernote

I first bought this app over a year ago to keep track of my business receipts Its worked well and I like the fact that the files are automatically transferred to Evernote My only real problem is that its now 2015 and I would like to erase all 2014 receipt scans from the app Yet there are no instructions on how or if previous scans can be deleted Ive sent 2 emails to the support address on their site but to no avail Im wondering if theyre still in business and supporting this app The copyright mark says 2013 I could probably delete the app and reinstall but Ive spent a lot of time creating Tags and various notebooks and would rather not have to start over           No technical support

Tried to contact customer support Got one email no help and then no other response from them     Great until app lost 10000 in receipts

Do you use Evernote Do you want to go paperless There isnt a better scanning program for you Period Its called Receiptmate but I use it to scan everything straight into EN Tried other scanning programs and they either dont scan PDFs dont autocrop or dont integrate directly This program does it all and the dev will even respond to you if you have questions                 Best Scanner for Evernote

Since I started using this I have lost all anxiety for adding up my receipts at the end of the year for tax season Once you get down the routine of of putting down your receipts every time you get them to become is quite simple The only thing that I would improve on the app is being able to look up the receipt by the amount on it other than that its a great App              A great tool for small business

I like this app It does a good job detecting receipt edges and a love the running total of scanned receipts But it could be better The text detection is lacking at least for yen currency Its detected the number correctly once every nine tries I would like to see automagic date and total recognition in a future update              Good but room to grow
