I use the app all the time It s great to have all this info on my phone but there are some issues Crashes randomly all the time Doesn t stay logged in Every time I leave the app I have to log back in Not very efficient Also the email property feature doesn t work Foreclosure status not available It would be great if the Value Map was added to the app Can t wait to see the updates     Good Could be better BrunoMiami

The app works great for me except for one major thing It doesn t give me the sales history on any property For Last Sale Price it shows a Realquest does give me the sales history in the back office of my MLS So it s not because they don t have access to the data in my county The app is practically useless since I can t get any useful comps             Works great but no sales history no comps JoeMcCall123

Sounded like such a great mls system for the smartphone Downloaded it and could not get to the registration page and choose my mls site Defaulted to the sign in page and when I put in my user I d and password it would not accept Who knows what mls system I was trying to log in on So disappointing as us realtors need a better app     Could not even open it robinup

For all those who can t log on you need to log in on your computer through your mls Once on Realist on you computer at the top it will have a link saying Realist Mobile You have to click on that to set up a mobile account Hope this helps                 Logging on DiGirolamo

Can t get in on MLS or on my phone Does not take my MLS log in or the one I registered with It works for a friend of mine and she loves it She can t make it work for me It s a great idea but needs LOTS of work still Forgot password key does not wot either     Realist swifey

First the feedback form times out and says nable to create request Then the App doesn t allow you to search by address the map hovers over your location and if you try and type in an address it time out this thing is a mess Don t bother for a few months until all the bugs are fixed     Very Glitchy App In Napa Valley

This is a nice app from Realist that allows me to quickly look up accurate property information while out of the office with clients Especially like that comparable sales are displayed along with my prospects s home                 Realist Data on the Go Realist Fan

I have always been a fan of the Realist data The app has a clean interface I would like to be able to jump to comparables list while viewing a property report Also would like to see may last map view cached for faster viewing when I return to a previous map view                 Nice app Good data CaliBoomer
