I love this app I can access my computer at home when I am on the road I LOVE IT                 Great app

Somehow I ended up being the only member of my extended family with computer smarts I get calls from parents inlaws and siblings all the time asking for help The problem is I live hundreds of miles away This program has been a blessing I have installed it on multiple family members PCs and now playing IT guru is a breeze I have it installed on my iPad and iPhone so can troubleshoot from almost anywhere                 Lovin it

This is the first and only desktop access app I have ever used I am totally pleased with how well this app works                 Works perfectly

It doesnt work properly with iOS 8 On iphone 5 I can pick a computer to control and it will control it but the top tool bar in unresponsive On my new iPhone 6 Plus it is completely unresponsive Wished it worked because when it did it was great Which it did work for years before I upgraded to iOS 8     iOS8

I absolutely LOVE this app It has saved me more often then not when needing something saved at home on my desktop THANK YOU              AAA BEST app EVER

I have tried several different Remote Desktop apps in the past but this is the only one that is truly transparent and fully functional I especially like the virtual trackpad and the magnifying glass Im an older user and the eyes are NOT what they used to be but this eliminates the zoom in zoom out crud Using this on an iPad3 with a bluetooth keyboard and an iPhone5 Great usability on either platform although heavy typing is best not done on the iPhone Unlike the others this one works well even on 4G connectivity others would not connect unless in the same WiFi network which makes them kinda useless for remote administration IMHO Well written smooth operation and no issues                 Seamless Remote Desktop

Great product and exactly what I need I can view my office schedule from the iPad when on the go This helps me know if patients are scheduled and lets me make decisions without calling the office to see if I am free at a given time                 Great for what I need

This is an absolute waste of my money Continually crashes and works for 1 click I want my money back     Horrid

Ive used this app a number of times and no crashing or hang upsbut it did slow compared to iTeleport or Splashtop 2 Speed up the rig and ill 5star it              Like it but not love it

Deals extremely well with multiple monitors connects cleanly and relatively fast I am quite satisfied Hopefully in the future theyll find a way to better support the touch elements of Windows 8 but one can hardly fault them for that right now                 Excellent rdm client

this is another connect to your desktop app but this one unlike a lot of them lets you use alot of the special keys and can move scrren or use like a glide pad and doesnt change screen icons like a lot of them great app                 great remote access

Im testing out several remote applications and have found that this app does not or cannot remotely wake a computer from sleep This is too bad because the interface looks great Using IOS6 on the iPad3 and Mountain Lion on the Mac           Does not properly wake from sleep

I love RDM it is a great product I occasionally have a problem with the system not recognizing my computer stating it is not registered It is registered and has been for a long time This doesnt last and I eventually can connect This time I queried RDM support on it I will try to follow up on their response and the time it takes to address it              Great app

I use gotomypc and logmein and I think RDM has the best navigation and mouse functioning than either of those more expensive options The connectivity seems to be superior as well At time that I cannot connect with gotomypc I seem to be able to connect and more quickly with RDM Good job                 Excellent remote option

So difficult to remote control a pc When use finger to drag mean to scroll the page you get the entire screen moves with your finger Scrolling is painful even within local network        Not good at all

While operational I found this to be a good product But after a period of time it just stopped connecting Support sends a long email with a bunch of suggestions for settings OS X I was able to get it to work again for a while but it stopped again and I got the same long email from support However I lost patience because it wasnt reliable enough to count on when I needed it By definition a remote access app should be reliable because youre out of the office when you need it        Good when it worked Not reliable

Dont put in or setup the master password If you do then you wont be able to enter your master password again because the keyboard touchscreen will not appear What to doHelp              Master password problem

I saw that this app works great on a Mac but I really wanted it to access my MacBookPro with Retina Display So when I saw New Version Support for Retina Display I thought Id jump in However it was unable to render the screen of my Retina Display MBP I went back and looked at the iTunes description and it said Support for Retina Display of the NEW IPAD I had failed to read that prior to purchase My bad I think that limitation should be displayed more prominently however Particularly as Apple will soon be releasing desktops with Retina Displays after which the entire world will soon follow Well it IS good for my current iMac Maybe future upgrades will let it render a remote Retina Display hope so              Cant Handle Retina Display on my MacBookProRD

And then I dont need it     Only works when Im sitting RIGHT in front of my computer

This review update is to say that RDM is dead if you have updated to iOS 81 Until SHAPE decides to bring the app forward so it is compliant you are going to be missing out on the best Remote Desktop software there WAS I have used RDM through serval updates over the last 2 years and I control 30 PCs and it is rock solid It always comes up cleanly and I have had no issues that could not be ascribed to slow connection Definitely worth the price I would only add one feature to this already great program That would be the ability to export a list of computers from one installation to import into another Get RDM now whether it be to help mom with PC issues or use it as a back up to your businesses expensive custom VPN software as I do You will wonder why you did not use it before     Rock Solid Flawless EXCEPT for iOS 81

I love it I work at a church that has a large video system and our switcher and 40x40 SDI matrix is all controlled with desktop software and this app works flawless at least on my 100 Apple world                 Awesome app

Easy to setup Very good at providing the advertised remote access The only reason it is not a 5 star app for me is the interface occasionally feels lacking tasks like copy and paste are difficult at best but I see no better way of clicking and dragging via remote sessions like this so that may be a bit nitpicky on my part Definitely worth the app cost and I do recommend the purchase              My take

I use this app for my business it allows me to access my flies anywhere and I can operate the quick books on my Mac from my iPad                 Good app

I have used this app for about 4 years now I liked it so much that I have paid the 999 twice While I am not happy that it no longer works on my iPhone ios8 I have been satisfied with the upgraded version on my ipad until the last three weeks I have been experiencing a serious delay or stalling when I use the app now While I have exhausted all avenues of possible errors on my end the developer has yet to respond to any of my three call outs for help I have been a loyal customer and am very disgruntled that I not only have a product thats not working but feel further insulted that I havent even gotten one email regarding my issue This isnt a free Appeven then I would expect some support I have never had to contact Shape for support before and am extremely disappointed to be three weeks in and three cries for help with not one responsedid I say that already Please either update your app or contact me to help me resolve this issue I am ready to find another solution as I use this for my business on a daily basis If that is my next step then I will be requesting a full refund for both of my purchases to your company I post here now in hopes that it will get your attention since emailing you through your support choices on the app are apparently a dead end road Please help     Disappointed in support at the moment

It works on wifi sometimes When I leave my wifi and use someone else internet or the LTE I get nothing but a connection with a blank screen and then in a few minutes I get the so you want to reconnect Worst thing Ive ever spent 10 on Next app     Works on wifi

I have tried a number of Remote Desktop solutions on my iPad and iPhone and RDM is by far the best It has great graphics and I love that you can jump from monitor to monitor in a multimonitor setup                 Great App

I Am having trouble making the touch pad and the word pad work on my ipad2 If I can make it work then 5 star              Cant get the mouse or touch pad mode to work on ipad2
