The app works great when it comes to paying my bill and it saves me the extra dollar that it would cost to pay from a computer There is one thing I wish they would change however It would be nice if there was an option to save my billing info so I don t have to grab my card every time I have to pay my bill I have a tendency to remember to pay my bill when my card is no where near me so it would be a bit more convenient if this were an option Convenient but could use some updating Archdeacon87

OMG so Im a pretty simple person and dont ask much from apps as a matter of fact I really dont write reviews But this app is just horrible The fact that it doesnt update your payment unless you log out and then back in And the the worst is you cant pay exactly what you owe because you have to pay in decimals So if my bill is 11807 I either over pay 11810 or under pay 118 thats ridiculous Fix it now Really 0 Stars should be a more appropriate rating

This is fine for looking up your billing statements but it could do a lot more For example they could post the channel lineup daily schedule and ondemand choices Also system status alertsnotices would be nice Ok but could do more

I used this app to try to pay my bill two months in a row and then recieved notice that my bill was severely overdue and I was in danger of having my service suspended So basically this app doesnt actually do anything it says it will Wont actually pay your bill

I got this primarily to check voice mail which works fairly well The app crashes when I am on my WiFi network and delete a message but deletes fine when I am on the cellular network Fairly useful

Paid last months bill online and learned that youre charged 1 every time you pay online Called RCN about this and other billing errors They said I have to pay using the app to save 1 every month Ill be very annoyed if as other reviews imply the 1 fee is charged for using the app too I switched to RCN to get away from nickel and dime companies Evidently theyre no different Switched to save 1
