RBFCU Mobile for iPad

I like the online ap I hate that eDeposit is impossible to use        Getting there

This app is horrible for eDeposit I know my camera is good Dont push out a capability that is so obviously lacking fix it first     Fail

Suggestions login screen issue I was confused whether login was successful I expected to see my account summary instead came back to the same screen After few retries found login button was changed to logout I solved the puzzle after discovering that I need to click on accounts tab I will be happy to go to accounts detail directly Logout screen logout button should be on every screen Its very difficult to enter a complicated password in a mobile device You can consider creating quick access login like USAA where I can enter a numerical pin to login                 Can be improved

I been wishing everyday that RBFCU would come out with an iPad version of their mobile app and total brought a BIG smile to my face Keep up the hard work and hope you guys keep dishing out updates to make this app blow the competition away 4 star today and maybe 5 star when u guys perfect this app              FINALLY AN IPAD RBFCU

Loves to crash after login I login then tap accounts and it crashes over and over and over Every once in a blue moon I get lucky and can actually get in but most of the time i cant This is ridiculous           Crashing

This app is almost perfect very nice clean interface tastefully done This would get five five stars The reason it does not The app crashes the first time I try to login Let be clarify It crashes after I login in to the once logged I tap the accounts icon Then the app crashes to the desktop or iPad home screen yet app is still running under multitasking once I tap to bring up the app from the system tray App brings up the login screen for a second time This time the app runs perfect Until I try to use the app later that day or the next When the app has been closed from memory ie no longer in the multitasking tray Then the symptoms repeat An update to this would complete this nearly perfect app              Almost perfect

Not much more you could ask for Works great is fast and has all of the features of the website If youre an RBFCU customer with an iPad this is a no brainer Get it                 Fantastic

Terrible for edeposits Keep getting image errors Now I get a msg saying front image too dark I have extra lights on and still get this     Image errors

I love this app Bill paying saving and keeping track of accounts couldnt be easier Good job                 RBFCU

Has everything I need for mobile access to my account including eDeposits Thank you RBFCU This is why I still maintain my membership even after I left San Antonio 10 years ago                 Just what I wanted

Cant login page freezes Fix this     Poor app

I am a huge fan of RBFCU and their services but every time I attempt to create a message in the app on my iPad the app crashes Fortunately this seems to be an issue particularly for iPad The iPhone app does not have this issue On a side note I love that I am able to check up on my credit card transactions on the iPad app Keep up the good work and squash that messaging bug              Create a message expect the app to crash

Excellent app but if you switch between 2 accounts it will shut down Please fixthis is an excellent way to bank but very frustrating           Love the app But

This app still has bugs When I put the user name in to login it defaults to a capitalized first letter It is a real pain in the neck I called customer service and they blew me offAlmost enough to make me look for another credit union           Still needs work

Please update because when I try to create a new message the app crashes I have uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem persists Otherwise the features on the app are so convenient and the interface is very appealing compared to other bank apps              Love RBFCU mobile but

The previous versions were much better I am no longer able to deposit checks from my iPad The imaging software needs to be improved        Could be better
