It would be nice to have a rewards card that says Ralphs with the Ralphs logo instead of Fred Meyer in the passbook Couldnt each rewards card have the proper logo for the store it represents           Rewards card in passbook

Wheres the index map This is a huge store and the fact that theres neither is a HUGE oversight     No help in finding stuff whatsoever

The compatibility issues appear all fixed with this updated version The app works great again I love digital coupons Its so convenient and simple                 Updated for iOS 9

Good app to get savings at Ralphs but I wish there was a feature where I could scan a products UPC bar code to see if a coupon was available This option exists on the Pavilions app              Wish there was a UPC scan

Like this app and used to have it on my cellular phone but after changing phones I cannot get it In the App Store there is no OPEN option So sad           Cannot Load Onto New iPhone

But breaking up into a bunch of banner store apps is dumb I will only keep he Ralphs app on my phone I dont want a bunch of stupid Kroger apps on my phone space is valuable           Does what its supposed to

I am so irritated I wrote in again as Im not sure my LAST irritated review made it in It wont let me load coupons and tells me to get assistance from customer service I have asked for help 3 times only to be told it all looks fine on their end I would rate this zero stars but it wont let me do that either Go to Vons     Dont bother

I used to love this app it saved me time and money Then came the latest update and its become complete garbage Items added to shopping list dont save items taken off list reappear multiple times coupons are often unavailable and it continuously crashes     Used to be a great app

Even after calling customer service which I was on hold for 15 minutes btw Deleted it Waste of time     Couldnt get it to work

Fundamentally failed as an app fails to acknowledge activation conditions of coupons is poorly optimized for mobile use collects more information than could possibly be worth A complete failure     Coupon Conditions Not Displayed

this app would be useful if you were able to scan the rewards card found in this app i primarily do self checkout and i have to wait to call on a employee to scan my card so that i can take advantage of my rewards the rewards card should be scannable during checkout please fix and i would easily give 5 stars        rewards card unable to scan

but with the last two updates it keeps saying no coupons are available I cant access anything on my app that Ive loaded to my card from my desktop Please fix this and add Passbook support     Used to be a decent app

Cannot get the list function clear as I update or change my shopping list Still relying on another app to track my list Otherwise like that I can see the coupons currently on my card           Okbut

Came from another state with a Harris teeter that had an app where you could scan in items to your list Soo handy needs a scanner        Needs a bar code scanner

This app is great for finding coupons but I am getting a lot of message errors say you are having technical problems I cant even load a coupon to my card I hope this issue is resolved Until then Ill rate 3 stars           A lot of Technical Problems

The app is great Yet sometimes when in the store mobile signals are so bad and the stores often have no Wifi that the app is unusable Wish there was an offline version that at least lets you view your last uploaded shopping list and coupons                 offline function would make this better

Requires too much set up to use the app It requires you to set up an account which is weird and then to set up a card account which is weird and only then can you use the app All the work wasnt worth it     Not worth the effort

I recently downloaded the app and when I tried to create an account the first step select a store wouldnt work I kept trying to select the nearest store but it wouldnt do anything and I couldnt move past the first step Really disappointing Deleting the app out of frustration     Glitch in system to create account

This app allows you to select items to add to your card that will be discounted at checkout Beyond saving a few dollars you can also view the weekly ads This is all well and good except now you are required to register your card in addition to using your ID and password This card registration process is so convoluted and buggy that it outright refuses to accept my card Five failed attempts to register your card lead to locking you out If you try to create a new card it will just tell you that you already have one and give you no other hope Pro tip put up a stink at a brick and mortar Ralphs until they fix it The managers might hate you but if enough people complain maybe something will change     Was useful now its rubbish

The fact I had to spend over 45 minutes to download an App to write a positive review shows the resilience of people over 40 willing to type with their thumbs My family have been Loyal customers of this Ralphs since 1991 up until a couple years ago when we received horrific service Not only did people in the appetizer dept not speak Englishbut the manager was far from sympathetic to our requests All our friends agreed Bottom line We all stopped shopping at Ralphs except for emergencies Extreme makeover We have to give kudos to Ralphs for hiring amazing employees like Axle in the meat department and Albert in the produce department You just did a 180 in listening to your customers These wonderful young employees are the benchmark for what Ralphs should always be Thank You We are back Love your neighbors Craig Diane and the Weisman family                 Great service from Albert and Axel

Wow Ralphs is on top of these updates iOS9 crashed my Ralphs app and shopping sucked with my coupons Thanks to their tech team all is good again Good job guys                 iOS 9

Every time i try to usethe app while instore the app experiences technical difficultyThis has happened the last 6xs ive tried I am in the store as i type this and it is annoying as hell     Does not work when in store

This is a pretty cool App I was able to sign up for a new account and i am able to find coupons which i dont really use but it is a nice feature I wish this was a better shopping list app though Either a better or more up to date database of products or a better search algorithm for finding them I dont want to just punch in mouthwash and get the word mouthwash with a box to check off what i want is the sweet purple listerine name brand specifically           Pretty Good for what it does

The location and sign in dont work properly They just do nothing and dont load The mobile site will continue to suffice for me until fixed     Doesnt work

This app is fantastic Its super easy to add coupons easy to crest and account and store my card and easy to see my point balance Whats great is that it suppose the iPhone 6 and 6 screen Rez So it looks great Even better than that I can use passbook for my card which I use all the time The only thing missing is apple pay in stores Do that and you just made not only my life but your lives simple convenient and secure                 Fantastic

you cannot search on this app got to go back to the website to do search and to find out which aisle that a product is in this app is mostly worthless without search     Cannot Search on this app

I am no longer able to manually add items to My List New items I type in dont get added to list at all I even tried to redownload the Ralphs app and the app continues to crash when trying to manually add an item I type Please fix this bug as I now have to use another list just to add new items I want to buy that dont come from the ads     App has gotten worse

Installed app and expected it to scan like at Starbucks an none of the registers will scan it Cashiers just ask for another id Passbook wont scanned either This just adds time to checkout and frustrates cashier as well as customers Corporation HQ just says to use phone number for rewards program as a work around Kroger is the parent company and they took no ownership of issue and didnt offer a solution     Zero stars fail

So your competitors apps have the ability to scan items in the store and the app will find a discount for that item If that item does not currently have a discount or coupon the app can then suggest items like it that have a discount you can receive if you choose to purchase that item instead PLEASE INCORPORATE THIS FEATURE TO YOUR NEXT UPDATE           Getting better

I am a mother of 3 with 2 jobs so I find it hard to keep paper coupons organized The Ecoupon feature is awesome With a click of a button its synced up to your club card in seconds and you dont have to remember it during check out Doesnt get any easier than that I tend to browse the app while getting our usual staples and find that I save even more now with this app Oh and it tracks your fuel points too And only froze one time since downloading it over a month ago                 Super convenient and saves money
