Rabobank Mobile Banking

Yeah the update was annoying to get through and I had to spend an hour on hold with 2 different customer service reps before I could finally log in to my account but the camera for depositing checks has improved 100 which was the only thing it needed to be perfect Kind of wish they had kept everything else the same but whatever              Chill

I like others have said enjoy Rabobank but was dissapointed by the lack of an app This works well for quick balance checks and most importantly mobile check deposits It is still not as efficient as bigger bank apps but hopefully its just a start and future updates will allow for more efficiency Update Its rather infuriating when a plainly printed check from a computer cannot be read by the App The App loses a star           Good for personal banking needs

App had warned that it would be out of service from May 29th to June 1st and would be back in service on June 2nd True to their word when I opened app today it had a pop up that asked me to login to my online banking before I should update and login to my app I did so and it walked me thru signing in for the first time after updated services In the process it had me create a new password and answer a couple security questions After doing so I then went back and updated my app Signed in with new password and now my app works like a charm I nearly never write reviews but after seeing all the confusion with the new setup I thought Id try and help out whomever else attempts to sign into new system I for one appreciate their attempt to improve our banking experience Still love my Rabobank                 App is as wonderful as ever

This app is not letting me log on at all only when I go on to the Internet Should have never updated the app I hate it Fix this problem ASAP     Not happy

Fix the camera Its awful I big plus about the app is depositing checks mobily If the terrible camera function cant get a decent picture even though I can if Im just using the regular camera then the app falls short Please fix           Cool things but

The photo capture on this app is terrible It blurs your check info so the app cant read the numbers This would be a great app if I could actually deposit my checks It wont let me deposit because the photo quality is terrible I have an iPhone 5c too so my camera works perfect        Terrible photo capture

This app works great Just make sure your checks dont have folds in them it makes it hard to take them But its smooth and easy and has all the info             

I cant believe that even after the update depositing a check by taking a picture is still horrible and unworkable The iPhone 6 has one of the best cameras on the market and takes a perfect picture of the check yet this app cannot identify the account and routing numbers at the bottom of the check They must use sixth graders as app programmers Total amateur hour     Check deposit blows

The deposit a check through the app is a joke The only good thing this app is good for is for checking my balance and sometimes that takes a while to load     SMH

Zero stars Absolutely useless for business banking Maybe in another 56 years Rabobank will come out with a version that works for ALL their customers Personally Ive had enough and will be closing my accounts and finding another bank one with a firm grasp on the technology of this century     Another strike against Rabobank

Can login and see balance but then if you click on an account to see its details it gives a network error Tried it multiple times no luck I guess no QA in Holland     Balance only

I installed this App on both of my Smartphones Iphone 5 and the Samsung Galaxy When I use this App on the Galaxy I am unable to exit and must Reboot the Phone The Galaxy is brand new less than a month old App works well with Iphone But using App to Deposit a Check is terrible I cant find proof of my Deposit at all and neither could the Bank Manager Also takes 72 or more hours for Deposit to Post to your Account not acceptable     Dont Deposit Checks with this App

Might as well just switch banks because this one wont allow you to log in even if you call your local bank for help     Dont bother

I would say great except that it takes DAYS for transactions to show up on the app I think I have one amount in my acct when I actually have less I NEED an app that shows transactions ASA its done Otherwise its kinda useless Change that BOOM Ill put 5 stars              Good App

I just spent half an hour and took over 40 photos of my check for mobile deposit The kickerall attempts had the phone on a tripod dark background and very good lighting The check looks clear until the shutter is depressed The result is very blurry I even made sure the camera lens was super clean Im sure the app takes the photo at a lower resolution to minimize data transfer but most likely set too low I love Rabobanks service but this portion of the app is absolute junk Please fix this feature as its very convenient when it works     Mobile check deposit almost useless

Easily the worst banking experience Ive ever had Account balance doesnt reflect the actual balance and you cant transfer money after dark Completely and utterly preposterous Save time and switch banks The mobile app reflects these setbacks     Steer clear from Rabobank

Works well if you just want to look at your balance but I can only get the deposit feature to work once in a while        Needs work

This app used to work great but now it crashes every time I try to do a mobile deposit Crashing during image capturing        Crashing

I strongly rely on this app to deposit work checks and make my banking experience better But the loading times poor quality of photos and text and strange interface make it very difficult Please revise the app to support retina display faster loading times and a cleaner interface     Poorly Executed

Used to be able to get a text balance not anymore Have installed and uninstalled 3 times and still cant get a text           Not at all happy

Its BAD I mainly downloaded because I dnt have time to go to the bank and do the deposits so I gave it a try and its bad It takes 72 hrs to do the deposit even if it said it was made right away So I was broke for 3 days     Bad check deposit

This app is practically worthless Loading time is lengthy for each task you try to complete I get kicked out almost every time I log into my personal acct If Im not kicked out the app says its having network issues cannot process my request Dont waste your time downloading this Save yourself some frustration log into mobile banking on the main website until Rabobank can invest some money into a worthy app     Boo

Whats the point of this app Its Never accurate Transactions stuck in pending then disappear I went out of town on vacation and constantly had to check my balance the whole trip nothing updated as I used my ATM card Then on Monday when the bank was open the transactions over my trip made me have a negative balance Was so mad Dont believe your balance because its probably not right I might as well go back to balancing a checkbook     Useless App

This new July 1st update made the app a lot better and faster My only recommendation as of now is add fingerprint login with iOS devices                 Much better with update

Reviewed before about poor photo quality Now update doesnt work at all When app opens I get and error message that it cant identify version Then when trying to log in the app cant recognize my m personal information Try again Rabobank     Reviewed before

Simplified easy to use great features works phenomenally I love Rabobank                 This app is awesome

Tried to deposit a check form the app and it looks very bad It looks very clear and fine when Im taking it but then is very blurry It took me multiple tries to deposit it because it said that the amount I entered did not match the amount written on the check even though I did Need to work on the mobile deposit Rabobank Other than that a very useful app           Good app but

Transactions are constantly appearing then disappearing Takes days for a transaction to even show up Constantly have less money in my account then what is shown     Update

Sometimes it happens after a weeks and sometimes it happens the next day but transactions need to stop disappearing or resetting themselves to 0 transactions Id like to be able to see all of my transactions even if they were 23 months ago           Transactions disappear

I have tried this on my iPhone at home with a very fast network and it is way too slow and clunky Fix it please     Too Slow
