This is a great tool Every hotel should be using it A Great One
I love this app for the hotel I work at I suggest updating this though considering how certain things dont work on personal devices such as newer phones other wise great to use Please Update

I often missed guest request because most of the time I dont receive notifications on my iPhone But on Quore devices it works fine No Notification on IPhone

Very unintuitive user interface requiring too many inputs from the user to see the information they are looking for Any messages or log listenings with multiple responses have newer item covered up by the box for inputting replies will not scroll further down past the box Would like to use this as a reliable way to keep tabs on my hotel while away but unfortunately this app does not provide an experience on par with logging into their website with a browser Needs UI Improvements
