I ve never seen such a unique situation this app went from the BEST version ever super fast all cameras in one screen to the absolute WORST version simply unusable crashes when you zoom in slowest ever This just reminds me how idiotic it is for Apple not to allow users to downgrade apps I was on a trip when the app kept telling me to upgrade so the timing was terrible it s when I most needed remote access to my cameras Please don t even try to fix the bugs in the new version just go back to the previous one     From Best to Worst Victor D.

The update is supposed to fix a bug but it created problems for me Screen will only load 2 of 4 cameras and then I get an error message that there is a loss of video and everything freezes Reloaded app and refused update and it works fine Apparently update forced on me without my knowledge and I can t go back Screen freezes up when I can get logged in Mostly doesn t recognize my login information that I have used for over a year PLEASE FIX     Don t get update Ian's Mom 1992
