Q-See QC View

I was able to view all my cameras and NVRs in a previous app version 310000 but today I updated the app and now I can no longer view anything in some of my NVRs Almost 2000 of cameras and NVRs rendered useless because I finally updated their app I want the old app back This is a tragedy I have cameras hours away at other locations I need to monitor     Terrible update

App doesnt work at all Even if you can manage to get the cameras to work the app will It connect to the system as a whole and you can try everything you could possibly think of Easy solution pay a little extra for a system that operates dont get cheated trying to save money     Dont download

I cant understand why a company like QSee dont create a stable working app This new version just horrible unstable and when you make refresh it will stop I am using iPhone 6 plus and Samsung note If you need to view your cameras remote go elsewhere to more reliable company     Horrible app SHAME

It wont let me enter my password on the iPad app works fine on the iPhone app but I dont think that one was updated Its been months now and you havent fixed it Whats up with that GET IT FIXED     This app update screwed everything up

If you only want to use this app for 510 sec At a time its ok App needs update BAD     Video App

After updating on 4215 the Favorites button stopped working and the cameras take a lot longer to come up Please fix this asap     Last Update ruined the app

Fails to connect more than 50 of the time Remote viewing was a major factor for choosing this system When it does connect I will only get 2 or 3 cameras and one always ends up freezing before they all disconnect Guess I should have checked the reviews on the app before going with this brand Useless and frustrating        Fails to connect

I barley bought the 8 camera set from qsee and downloaded the app to see my home from work First the app started working fine and then a couple of days later is starting saying login timeout and now I cant connect at all You need to fix this     Cant connect

I think the company should do something for this app I change the cat5 cable and it failed to connect to my iphone Keep getting the login timeout     Worst than one star

Im also having problems connecting and viewing my cameras Can we get a fix ASAP Good money was paid for your product and we expect it to work        99 problems

App seems to work well on WiFi but as soon as Im connected to cellular data it has trouble connecting My cellular data speeds 20 Mbps arent the issue The connecting problems appear to be the general consensus amongst all the users Help        Inconsistent

When I first purchased the cameras this year the app works fine However after the 2 previous updates I can NEVER connect Pls Update or revert to 2 previous versions Obviously everyone seems to have the same problem If anyone can find a solution or another app that can be used please share     Pls Update

Remote viewing has stopped working since the latest update was installed Even after a restart of the entire system remote viewing is no longer available On a rare occasion it will work for a brief few seconds but then it immediately fails again Please fix ASAP This was a great app before the latest update     Stopped working after latest update

I was very happy with the app on the iPhone 5 It was connecting fine until the latest update to 340003 Now it will not connect to my cameras when Im on cellular signal Not even just trying to stream 1 camera Plz fix        What happened 340003

The app works OK while in a WiFi connection For some reason the connection attempt times out and fails under cellular connection I connect via OpenVPN since I dont like opening ports as the QSee web access applications dont appear to be secure It limits user and password to only a few characters For the QSee team can you please add under settings a user defined setting for connection time        Fail to connect over 3G and LTE

Always says failed to connect Pretty poor app Very disappointed especially since it works well with other camera companies QSee is not all its made out to be apparently Do not recommend     Live preview never works

This app is the worst app Ive ever used IT CONNECTS TO CAMERAS LESS THEN 5 OF THE TIME Why spend all that money on a system you are supposed to be able to remotely view but are completely unable to Im almost willing to rip the entire system out and throw it away such a waste of 600 DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM QSEE     Terrible horrible stay away

Clicking on push notifications no longer take you to the event They just open the app All events that show up as a push notification are not all on the event list To see all events I have to set times and use playback     Push Notifications

I give it 4 stars because it works great and fulfills my needs The worst part of this software is based in a language barrier The documentation and the UI have poor english translation making it hard to unbderstand sometimes There should be a support forum for these guys because their documentation is lacking The least QSee could do is host a forum where their customers could help each other My wife upgraded her iPhones QSee QC View Version to 3400003 version and it would not allow her to add the device to access it She kept getting errors that said Device does not support This has to be one of the most generalized error messages that Ive ever seen and without specific information makes it very confusing to solve the issue My Version 3300000 worked fine on my iPhone No matter what I did I could not add the NVR to the list of devices on my wifes phone Device does not support is referring to the NVR as the device not your phone Its telling you the NVR does not support the updated app on your phone To fix the problem you need to upgrade the firmware of the NVR to handle the new functions of the updated app Finally I reviewed all of the settings on the NVR itself and found that the firmware was dated 2013 I found the most recent firmware at Qsee and upgraded the NVR itself When the upgrade was complete the NVR restarted and the both of our phones worked Note to QSee If you just set the Device variable in the error output to be the ip or the the model or concatenate the two of the device this error message could be a lot more specific and actually help the less technically inclined Then my error message could have been Model QC814 1921680n does not support this version Upgrade your firmware or something to that effect with slighlty more effort              Firmware required on my QC814 NVR

App will not connect to security system Resets reloads and reconfiguring will not work over cell or WiFi Waste of an entire system     A complete waste of

When the connection to the Q See server works it works great however it fails to connect more than half the time Requires a close a reconnect a few minutes later cause it thinks your still connected Its free so worth what you pay for it        Disappointing

Once you leave the app you have to force quit it to get it to reconnect again Please add Audio in playback        Frustrating

Historically this app has been stable This version now hangs when remote viewing Even over high bandwidth wifi Nothing has changed on my QC Config so the new app is the issue I cant even playback 30 seconds before a hang now Please fix or revert to old stable version I regret upgrading     Do NOT upgrade to this version
