I used to stay up long enough to exhaust myself into feeling sleepy That has changed by using this app I now fall asleep and STAY asleep all night long Please add more tracks and use of the accelerometer to monitor sleep cycle to allow gradual waking when in light sleep That would make it 5 stars No More Bedtime Anxiety

I too started out with the free version and liked it so much I glady paid the measly 99 In fact it turned out to be a very expensive application because I went and got one of those nice iPod integrated clock radios just because of this application As others have posted I dont know or care if its scientificaly proven all I know is I do sleep better when I use this app I fall asleep faster and I wake more refreshed I dont care how it works just that it does One of the best applications I have purchased and other then the mail applicatin one of the few I use absolutely every day Amazing value for something that really works

I am a high stress guy I do not have problems sleeping I bought the app and was apprehensive It is very relaxing and I feel I am getting a higher quality of sleep I have woken up very fresh with a feeling of a clear mind Very relaxing

This has a wide selection of ambient loops and optional binaural tones including progressive ones I am not fond of all of the loops but this app has the ones I have grown to enjoy most The focus tones start low and slowly raise from 12 to 14Hz It seems to do what it claims but perhaps that is the placebo effect I bought the app originally because of the free sample apps offered I wanted to get a large selection of the loops along with supporting the developer The developer is also very responsive Best of all of the Bundle Packs is this one at least so far

This app is the best sleep and stress aid and at a lovely price I use this app every day One of the best apps of all time OMG
Very relaxing The low pitch of the entrainment frequencies makes even more so My favorite thing is to listen to entrainment frequencies without any music to allow more of my own mind generated experience I wish that the Ambiscience apps allowed one to create a timed succession of frequencies So I could start with a few minutes of Power Nap then Sleep then Deep Sleep and back through Sleep and Power Nap as Im waking up I will look forward to it In the meantime Im enjoying it very much Sweet Dreams with coherent brain waves

If youre having difficulty getting to sleep this is definitely a good investment Even if youre not having trouble you may find like I did that this app enhances the quality of sleep you have Teslas brainwave apps are some of the best in the app store and this one is no different Does what it says does it well

I have had a hard time sleeping for 6 years prescription meds etc I have done it ALL nothing ever helped I just saw this app out of random browsing got it used my speakers next to my bed 5 minutes I was OUT for 10 hours What a Godsend Amazing
After years of sleep problems where a good night is wakin up less than ten times after many OTC and prescription sleep aids I stumbled upon this app I didnt have much to lose except for the 99 cents All I can say is that I wish I had found something like this years ago There is something about this software that has me asleep in under 5 minutes an somehow keeps me asleep I may wake up 23 times now usually because of thirst and dry mouth But that is it Please give it a try You wont be out much if it doesnt help you but I doubt that will be the case Thanh you for this product Wonderful
Im a big fan of this series The music is outstanding and the deep sleep effect is definitely worth the app alone It will take you to a place of serenity away from the chaos Great work Tesla Probably the BEST out there
I used this on a recent long plane trip It was perfect to drown out the engine noise the people in the other seats and just drift off to a nice relaxing sleep I like the variety of songs available I dont usually use the beats Great app Great for Plane trips

No update for over 3 years Developer hasnt as much as tweeted for almost six months I think its time to give up on this developer Dont get me wrong I love what this app does and I use it often for sleep The interface badly needs a groundup rethink Too much effort went toward it looking cool Too many steps to set up a track a frequency a timer No updates No iPad format No retina display update I want to buy one Tesla app with everything too No updates in over 3 YEARS

Theyve done a nice job Their ambient tracks dont make you feel like youre one of the victims in a horror film And the pulses are soft and smooth not distracting And it really simple to use If you follow the directions and use the 2 to one ratio music twice as load as entrainment pulses you will be surprised how well this works For the price whats there to lose Better Than Drugs
This software had absolutely no benefit for me If anything I found it to be agitating I tried it twice and it kept me awake for hours after I listened to it I suppose its effect differs person to person and for one type of brain chemistry it may work opposite effect
I am not sure how it works or why but I do know it works for me The sounds just take your mind off of everything else and some how knows when you mind is starting to wonder off to work or kids when you are trying to sleep it makes this sound that just snaps your mind back to the soothing sounds and before you know itits morning I use this every night Awesome

Ive been up late nights studying recently and have found it hard to settle my mind down so that I can fall asleep afterwards This app is perfect The music is relaxing and I fall asleep pretty quick after I turn it on Before Id spend a lot of time laying in bed thinking when all I needed was to fall asleep The beats are quieter than most other apps but I guess its designed that way for a reason and it works Excellent sleep aid

So after spending all day and night and day in a studio making music I go home and there I am laying in bed staring at the ceiling for hours maybe watch a lil tv but that keeps me up my brain is spinning with lyrics and music and the artist drama but then I found ambiscience Im out in 3 minutes deep sleep and rain is my flavour Im not sure now what I would do without it THANKS TESLA LABS you turned off my brain Couldnt shut my brain off
I read the review and went Yeah right But I needed something to help me get to sleep I have used this now for a week and each and every night I have gone to sleep quickly I only use it for 30 minutes to get to sleep I am usually asleep within 5 minutes If I wake up in the middle of the night I put it on again and am soon back to sleep
The only thing I would like to see is a setting where you could save a particular setup I go through the same routine each night setting it to deep sleep selecting the rain setting the volumes and setting the timer to 30 minutes
I know there are other uses for it but if you could save say a bed time routine a nap routine etc that would make this five stars I was skeptical but this works very well
