I ve used pro show web for three years on my desktop Customer service instructed me to transfer photos from my phone and iPad via dropbox and other means Each time it wiped out or rearranged all the work I had done I wasted over 10 hours putting everything back together and then it did it again Customer service doesn t acknowledge that this app really needs a serious overhaul Software is not current with some of the standards out there now Old technology and seriously ineffective app and software Yes I am very frustrated And customer service excuses make it even worse     Beware timeuponaonce

I spent 4 99 for one month use of this app and I would like to be refunded I ve had it for one day and tried to make a movie multiple times on my IPhone 6 and every time I sync the music with my pics it leaves out pictures I thought maybe there were too many pics so I added another song and the app synced all the pictures to the first song at super speed and then the second song played but with no pictures I ve tried to control the speed unsuccessfully multiple times and I don t want this app anymore I posted one video to Facebook not realizing I was missing half the pics and I can t fix it I want my money back     Refund please Ane819
