ProCamPlus HD

This is by far my most favorite App I own the iPhone version and I just got the HD version on my iPad The way the App behaves when I turn my iPad around is not only entertaining it looks great Very classy and solid highly recommended I have 6 cameras all over the place and I can see them all from iPad and from my iPhone GREAT WORK highly recommended                 Best customer service My favorite App bar none

Okay so I spent a lot of money for this app and had a couple of issues with getting it to work As everyone else who has purchased the app knows IT IS EXPENSIVE I emailed support and asked for help and got nowhere So I told them multiple times that I had spent a lot of money for the app and they had the nerve to tell name that I was full of crap and that there was nothing wrong They also sent me emails saying that my complaints were not true I have waited a few weeks with no resolution and have decided to post a poor review since they dont seem to take support seriously For my part I can send documentation of my issue to anyone curious and take a full video documenting my issue My advice to anyone purchasing this app DO NOT BUY IT THE DEVELOPER IS RUDE AND DOES NOT SUPPORT YOU THEY JUST BLAME MICROSOFT AND TELL YOU IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT Also please note after paying out the nose for the app you only can use it on one device I own an iPhone and iPad and for the money we are paying for this app they should allow us to use it on multiple devices Bottom line buy at your own risk if the developer makes my situation right I am willing to tell users and revise this at that time Again DO NOT BUY     Worst customer service and support

I want to be able to check in on my parents throughout the day and with this app I can If i could rate customer service separate from the apps performance these folks would get the highest rating I didnt understand port forwarding and contacted support I was contacted within 5 minutes of my request I received patient professional assistance I am getting a new webcam but even with the one on my laptop I get a good image on both my iphone and ipad In addition my sister who lives 4 states away gets the same images I get on her ipad We both now have peace of mind and that is priceless Amended Review Have been using the app daily and it freezes so that while I thought I was seeing a live shot I was actually viewing a scene from several hours earlier Attempt to contact support unsuccessful        Peace of mind Priceless Not so much

I am very disappointed in the iPad version I already owned ProCamPlus for the iPhone and was very pleased with everything except the price My problem with the HD version is that you get lousy video quality because the same desktop software is used to send the video to the mobile device both iPhone iPad The problem is that there is no way to adjust the video resolution so the resolution is the same on both the iPhone and the iPad which means that it looks really bad on the iPad There needs to either be different desktop for sending the video to the mobile device OR build in the option to change the outgoing resolution in the desktop software The HD camera software I am using has the ability to change the capture resolution but resolution changes within the cam software have no impact on the output resolution from the PCP desktop software nor does it allow you to access the resolution settings from within the PCP desktop software The iPhone app works on the iPad and since the same desktop software sends the video for both the Plus and Plus HD mobile apps the quality of the video is the same I did screen caps of the video in the iPhone at the 2X enlargement and the quality was exactly the same as the screen cap done using Plus HD So if you want to use ProCamPlus on the iPad use it at the lower price and forget spending about 39 for low quality presentation from the iPad app because of the low resolution of the video from the desktopnotebook that you are using for the initial capture I looked all over the Precision Systems website looking for a separate desktop software solution for sending the higher resolution video to the iPad and could not find one If I missed it I will apologize and withdraw the negative review     Very disappointed

just got my iPad2 and the I only wanted to buy the most functional Apps for it I read allot about this App before and to be honest I wasnt expecting it to be this good I am a happy camper I love this App and wholeheartedly recommend it for all iPad users I love how responsive their support is They even have a free calling number on their support page I left them a message with my name and number they called me within 5 minutes and answered my questions within 10 minutes now thats what I call support I plan on getting the iPhone version when Im done writing this review Its definitely a 5 STAR APP I wish all developer paid this much attention to detail to develop real programs Procamplus HD is my new best friend                 FIVE STARS No question

I am blown away by this Great App I now have access to cameras 4 anytime I need it I had a few problems with configuring my MAC and my Windows machines but I got a call from support and within a short time my cameras worked perfectly The quality and ease of use makes me want to hook up more cams just to see it work I will be showing my friends ProCamPlus for the iPad and iPhone                 Excellent

This is by far the best web cam product for iPad and ive literally tried them all That being said it was a bit tricky to setup for me im always the unlucky one with a stuborn router but there support was the best in the business he stayed on the phone with me until I was 100 So be prepared its not your amateurs plug and go app but the best ones never are I still have alot to explore with the potential of this program but I got my first camera set up and its the best quality and frame rate i have seen Can wait to see the web app to access these anywhere                 Best web cam app available for iPad

I did a lot of research before I purchase this app I can honestly say that all the hard work pays off This is an excellent app to check on my home when I am not around I also like their support I have few issues with setup they respond professionally and timely I believe it is a great app to have I have recommend it to all my friends                 Great app best support
