I downloaded it to find out you have to pay for spool s w that states 5US but charged US 8 I have not rec d the spooling s w yet after purchasing Very frustrated Is this fraud The program says it is printing but how does it know which print if does not allow me to select and nothing printing Where are the print options to use less ink draft Etc etc Seems fake memy5953
