This is the worse app you can download as first time or even multipartum mother Tips have absolutely no validity you may not be able to tell at first if you are reading tips in order But pay special attention to tip 7 and the preposterous claim they make about foods that can cause miscarriages As a doctor this was appaling to read Just for putting any mother to be through the nightmare of worrying about the most elemental foods causing this is enough to have a petition to have this app removed banned or the company sued It really enraged me     Do not download Rosydls

This app has some tips that I don t believe have any medical proof of they are VERY basic and I would hope most people know like you shouldn t smoke while pregnant really Just not worth the time to even look though the tips in my opinion     Not helpful StarDestroyer78
