I bought a subscription yet it wont download on my iPad Customer service was ZERO help Waste

I have the same problem as the previous reviewer Purchased a subscription yet cannot access magazine Do not waste your money Do not purchase

Similar to other users experience after downloading several issues the magazine would no longer launch The only way to get it to work was to delete all of the downloaded issues Hopefully redownloading will not result in additional charges and in an unpleasant phone call from me When it does decide to work though it is a great app Loading issues

Im rather annoyed that I just bought a subscription to a magazine and many of the pages wont load I think Ive just been ripped off If I could read it I think Id like the magazine Pages wont load

I got this app and bought a 5month subscription then when I wanted to open the magazine and read it wouldnt open It would be loading for up to 30 minutes before I finally quit trying Basically it takes your money and you get nothing in return Dont waste money

This app works perfect for me I have the newest iPad so maybe that helps I love this app Works great

Please take my advice Do not waste your money I paid the 600 for a 3 month subscription and have not been able to see or download a single issue Ive tried calling iTunes as well as the actual magazine subscription number and have gotten nowhere I read the reviews before I paid for it and bought it anyway Lesson learned I will listen to the reviews next time Dont do it Zero stars for zero service

This app worked the first time I ran this I worked and I purchased a subscription It has never worked since Theres nowhere on the magazines website to complain Do not buy Do not even download Rip Off

Do not waste your money on a subscription to this magazine I bought it and there is no magazine to download and no app support on the PN mag site Waste of 6 Horrible
