As a college athlete I was always under the impression that a healthy workout need to be at least an hour and a half But with power 20 I realized that 50 to 65 of the weight lifts I do at school is overemphasized recovery time that turns into gym talk which I love but is not necessary for a workout Over winter break with no practice Ive relied on power 20 and it has been amazing So good
