Updating this on 92115 Installed todays update that is supposed to make app compatible with iOS 9 and Apple Watch Upon opening app crashed immediately Deleted app and reinstalled App opened successfully but as soon as I tapped Settings to repair my Polar BT heart monitor the app crashed Same with just starting a workout Tap Start and app crashes Hope they get this fixed soon The update says you can now connect to the Health app but under sources I do not see the Polar Beat app I see Polar Flow only In the settings the connect to Health is turned on but the switch is a light and slightly grayed out green Any suggestions on how to set up the connection Loses one star for this Crashes under iOS 9
Previous version crashed on iOS 9 when a heart rate monitor was paired This update corrects the problem I had to unpair the monitor from the device settings and only pair it in the app settings Cheers Works with iOS 9
After upgrading to iOS 9 upgrade it crashes if you try to pair with heart rate sensor and it lost all workout history done prior to the grade Doesnt work any more

Didnt want to connect to my H7 at first but then I disconnected in my phone settings and let it connect on the app and it paired just fine Alright
Went to go for a run today however the new version of the APP cant find my H7 hr monitor I have tried a couple of other apps and works just fine Went through the device reset procedure with no success as well Everything was working just fine last week and now nothing really disappointed If I am missing something please let me know H7 seems to not work either
I loved using this app with my polar H7 It worked great and the H7 is a really nice heart rate monitor Ive been using both since about April or May of this year 2015 and I was loving it until ios9 came out and now that Ive updated my phone this app crashes whenever Bluetooth is open Which is necessary to connect the app to the heart rate monitor It this gets fixed Ill change my rating to 5 stars but it ye mean time Im just extremely frustrated Worked Great till ios9

I followed the advice below of removing my Polar H7 from Bluetooth devices in settings and in Polar then adding new in Polar only Worked great and I used for an hour with perfect results Works on iOS 9

I cant argue with the lack of supportrelease notes as everyone has mentioned They are right I too had to stumble across the forget this device in order to get my monitor to work What Im pleased about is the better Bluetooth support It does automatically pair my monitor with the app and also can recover if it loses the connection with the monitor Before if the monitor went off or you left the range of your apple device you would lose your heart rate tracking for your whole work out Kudos on fishing this I also like the new features of target training Please highlight these issueschanges in the future Thanks Works again with some bonus enhancements

They should put more info on how to pair the H7 to the phone It works for me after I unpair the h7 from the phones Bluetooth and pair it using their app If you pair via phone Bluetooth it wouldnt work Finally works

iOS 9 broke connection then polar released update but never explained that for hrm to connect to app you have to make iOS Bluetooth forget this device If the hrm shows connection in phones Bluetooth menu it wont connect to polar app a major change from before Sometimes I think Polar has some brilliant people with no common sense working for them Fixed but not obvious
Just upgraded and it works fine on iPhone 6 Plus with iOS9 Works awesome with IOS 9
