Pocket Informant HD (Calendar & Tasks)

Having problems to sync with Ipad and mini Ipad Sometimes it works Settings are the same in these three devices Cristina              Sync

The app has turned from primarily a Tasks app to a Calendar app Long time paid user now I need to buy ANOTHER version for 1499 to be able to sync to other services it goes on sale from time to time to 499 but still not worth it as I worry there will be changes in the future that requires another purchase The UI on this app continually changes not always for the best History of bugs on each update Alternative Toodledo Free It works on iPad iPhone and PC Gets the job done without the unnecessary fluff or bling functions great     Horrible just Horrible

A great app that combines a calendar task list and notebook into one I highly recommend it                 Outstanding

Its a nice app but for the price it shouldnt crash But it does Way to many bugs PLEASE FIX Also I enter a task or event into the calendar and its nowhere to be found This app is definitely not worth the     WONT OPEN

I have spent more money than Id like to admit to on planner apps I enjoy having a hard copy planner but it never seems to be handy when I wake up out of my sleep to write down a todo This is the best planner organizer life app hands down It allows you to easily manage multiple calendars all while keeping up with you todos This is the essential feature that I find missing from most other planner apps It syncs easily across iOS and makes my life so much better Great work completely worth the                 Best planner app hands down

Had about 25 tasks loaded on this app and they suddenly lost all their due dates It took hours to transfer that info to another app So efficient NOT App deleted     Disaster

Ive been waiting it seems like forever for Pocket informant HD It was well worth the wait Program is everything a calendar and task manager should be but in one program It does all it claims and at this price its a steal If you dont purchase it its youre loss Absolutely the best calendar program for IOS                 How the Ipad Calendar should have been

No matter how many other PIM apps I actually buy and try out none compares to what PI can do to help keep me organized I always keep coming back to PI for keeping my calendar and todo list straight Support team is very responsive and helpful                 Have tried so many others

Overall great app I hate the stock calendar since iOS 7 and went searching for a replacement almost immediately I liked Calendar 5 by Readdle for their natural language input but it does not have the depth of features that Pocket Informant has I really like the number of options for calendar views and the way tasks are integrated throughout I just wish the natural language calendar event input would improve and I would like a more functional Notification Center widget For those who say the update broke the Weather addin check the developers Twitter feed That was an unrelated problem that was fixed a couple days later              My Productivity Driver

This app is the closest thing to a Franklin Covey planner that you could ever ask for and it works great Ive been using it for several years now and it keeps getting better and better              Love this app

Its a little overwhelming to look at I used this app on my blackberry back in the old days It was my favorite but on my phone I need a minimalist option Its hard to understand what Im looking at and to schedule things quickly It actually runs a bit slow too Im sorry I really wanted to love this Im pretty bummed that I spent so much I this app           Its so much awesome that its too much

I used to love it now it doesnt work and hasnt for a week Not sure why nothing has been updated to fix the damage caused in the update     Doesnt work any longer

This is a solid nicelooking calendar app with a major omission No countdown or countup timer functionality Should be pretty easy to add these features and would make it a onestopshop app Developers please get on it           Needs CountDownCountUp Timer Functions

I dont know what Id do without this app It allows me to keep track of my entire life appointments tasks contacts and notes and syncs across all of my devices It also syncs perfectly with Outlook on my pc I searched and searched for an app that would allow me to see all appointments colorcoded on a monthly calendar so I can stay on top of events for me my husband and kids This is the only one Ive found that does exactly what I needed and it actually does so much more                 Indispensable

7182015 have latest version and absolutely no change in my stellar opinion of this app Buy it Impossible to praise enough I have used such highly integrated organizers for 15 years first on Palm with DateBk5 which was really the standard of reference in this type of program on PDAs then This is a superior integration of form and function Most importantly this app is curated by its developers They truly care to support it and us the users The price is a pittance for what you get Buy it                 Truly a great app

I love Pocket Informant It may have been the first app I paid for certainly the first non1 app Its no DateBk5 but frankly nothing on my iDevice lives up to the PalmPilot standard But I digress PI will soon require iOS8 Which means no more updates no more features no more bug fixes for me How can I recommend a product that just cuts off longtime users I probably wont replace PI There isnt anything better Its a great calendar It does the job quite admirably I just cant recommend it anymore              Too bad they cut me off

I am an organization fanatic Im one of those people that bought a giant desk calendar every year in college and after getting my class syllabuses would sit down and plan out my entire semester No papers late ever When I wanted to employ this tactic after graduation I wanted a digital solution Pocket Informant gave me that answer One of the things that sold me on it was the ability to see my entire month at a glance with the tasksevents written out in small text for each day The native iOS cal just showed dotshow is that helpful So for me its like having a giant desk calendar on my phone Ive already recommended it to 3 other people all of whom have purchased the app and like it a lot A word of caution it will take you about 1015 mins of playing around with the app to 1 Get used to it and 2 Get the settings the way you want So do t get frustrated Once I got my calendar view the way I wanted it it was amazing Color coordinated eventstasks based on the projects I work on small text and colored cells on the month view that I can see at a glance It fantastic Another feature I like is it syncs with iOS apps My wife isnt in to organization like I am and she is happy with the native iOS apps So the shared iCloud family calendar syncs I can add an event in Pocket I dormant and it will automatically show up in her shared calendar on her phone A handy feature                 The Best Digital Organizer

Ive had this app before the iPhone was out on a Motorola Dash smartphone Very very happy with the app and the ability to view all my events and tasks from a monthly calendar view I use this app everyday since it came out The Watch app is an added bonus and its very useful and to the point Very powerful app Takes a bit to lean but once you know what you are doing its a very very useful app And makes your life much easier This is one of the apps that should be on every iPhones power user list Along with 1Password Evernote and DarkSky              Use since day 1

The calendar filter function hasnt been working for MONTHS I select what calendars I want to show and every time I restart the app all calendars show This is of course very frustrating so Ive contacted the developers through the app three times No response I used to recommend this app regularly Not anymore I dont expect perfection but support is a necessity     Zero Support

iOS 7 updates What about 8 Doesnt open anymore on iPad 2 task list disappeared one of my calendars is gone not syncing with Google or iPhone calendar I could go on Its ironic because about a month ago I was referring a friend to PI I hope she didnt buy it now Please fix bugs Ive wasted more time and stress that Ill never have back trying to find whats been lost Signed A very frustrated former PI lover     What about ios8

I have been using PI since the PDA days It continues to evolve and grow into new environments The development team is knowledgeable and responsive I have seen no better task and calendar master A must have                 The Best Available

Informant team broke their app with their own upgrade and dont seem to have any interest in taking the responsibility to fix it     Junk no longer works

Been using lite version for years now and as I upgraded to premium version Im completely locked out of old lite version and cant retrieve and of my old contacts Everytime Ive tried to contact support they give me a error message after submitting message Its as if they dont really have tech support Bottom line Dont waste your money here     Lite to upgraded version will be lost

I love that this app brings all my calendars and tasks together It allows me to bring my work stuff as well as several personal calendars together Gmail calendar works great I use this on my IPad and IPhone with no problems Hand written notes would be a major plus if it ever gets added                 Brings everything together

I paid for the weather to show and now it doesnt show since the update Maybe you all are trying to do too much because every time you fix one thing in an update then something else is broken        Weather doesnt work

I thought this was gonna be exactly what I needed but then it wouldnt open I tried again and again and restarted the app but it just wouldnt do anything I couldnt open anything or do ANYTHING AT ALL Im finding a new app I hope it works on your phone        Looked good then failed

I have been using this app for a few years and its real good for scheduling events and to do items This app is more powerful than I need so even more potential benefits for others There are some issues with a recent update that are very annoying most specifically I can no longer filter which categories show on the calendar without having to apply the filter every time I open the app Company has been slow to respond to this issue which doesnt thrill me with a paid app They think there may be a bug Poor customer service and dont appear to be responding to a bug     Great calendar app but recent issues

Great app on the iPhone and would be great on the way but it always crashes when I tap on an event Witch makes it u reliable to replace the Apple Calendar I wouldve given it 5 stars were it not for the crashing Please fix              Crashes on Apple Watch

App keeps resting colors for the calendar and changing the default calendar Ive reset it twice in the past 2 weeks I watched it happen in front of me without touching anything all the colors on screen suddenly changed without me touching anything     Keeps changing default calendar

This is the primary app I use for my tasks and calendar It has more features than I need and great support All around an awesome app                 Great app

For my line of work a month view that also shows the time is vitally important Couple that with the rest of the productivity tools and a contact manager that should be built into iOS and Pocket Informant was well worth the cost                 Worth the cost
