PNP - Portable North Pole 2014

The app continued to crash after I paid for the upgrade We have enjoyed this so much over the past few years and my daughters were VERY DISAPPOINTED that they didnt get to see their videos from Santa Be glad I didnt write this review the day before Christmas Eve I submitted a request for a refund and havent heard anything yetshocking I know I would suggest making the upgraded video with the naughty or nice verdict free next year to make up for all of the issues this year     Bummed OUT

You cant do anything with this app if you dont buy anything I tried making a video for my younger sister and she thinks Santa is scary DO NOT GET unless you wanna spend money on junk     Really

Weve done this for the last few years and we just love it This year my daughter was waiting for it just to confirm if she was on the nice list or not We always choose the free option and it doesnt make it any less magical for her Ive shared this site and app with several people at work and they all said the same thing that the look on their childs face was priceless                 Fabulous

My grandson loves getting Christmas and birthday messages from Santa We have used it for 3 years now and hes been overjoyed each time He also tries extra hard after Santa encourages him to be good and listen to his mommy                 Special Treat

Been using this for three years now Very well produced and fun for my children Even sent one to my 77 year old mother who absolutely loved it Everyone wants to believe and this is a great tool to revive belief Thanks PNP I will use again next year                 Great

I only wish it allowed you to edit after watching it It put my niece on a she still needs to work on something I didnt know it would do that so I paid 399 to disappoint her I had to repay and start over so I could be sure she was on the nice list           Really cute

I purchased the 399 personalized message and it never let me make it Their customer service NEVER replied to my email ticket and then gave the halfassiest of support via Twitter Its the day after Christmas and I have neither a video nor a refund but I do have a 4 year old who doesnt understand why Santa sent a video to his cousin and not to him Dont waste your money     What a scam

I dont know maybe my kids arent as spoiled as others They loved the free version and I told them theyd find out which list theyd made on Christmas morning Problem solved Now I can move on to world peace                 Kids loved it

I was never able to download the video I gave up on the Christmas video then deleted the app Then I received the birthday wish which was sent about 2 weeks before the childs birthday It was great and I couldnt wait to show it to my kiddo on their birthday Low and behold the video would no longer play on the device I used and needed an updated flash player not supported by the the device although it was the same device I used when it was originally sent So I went to the computer to log in and view but just like the Christmas video I either received a technical error message or the video would begin to download then never finish So frustrating     Did not work

Since our daughter is not a big fan of the guy with the white beard this was an excellent tool to bring Christmas magic to her without torturing her with going to see Santa in person The only downside was that the free video made you want to break down to buy the premium package so not to leave your little one hanging on Santas verdict since its not offered on the free version It was worth the investment though since we made several videos for our family and friends                 Loved it

This app is made with love and respect for children all over the world I just have to paid a little 499 for a personalized video and my kid was amazed I was very happy with the result Good job PNP                 So cute and great totally worth it

This is one of the best apps I have ever seen All of my grandchildren were so excited when they got their personal videos from Santa Gave it four stars because it is pricey for use only during December 17 to be able to make the longer videos and save them              Love it but pricey

This little App has given a wonderful magical moment for my 5 years old girl Has reinforced the spirit of Xmas and gave the strength to believe and to hope Thank you for making Xmas special The birthday wish was a nice touch                 A Wonderful App that brings Santa home

I choose the phone call option I was charged but the option never worked I would like my 399 refunded Ive used this product in the past must say Im not satisfied with it this year     Product doesnt work

Couldnt get the app to run even once as it crashed as soon as I went into the video portion Deinstalled reinstalled closed restarted Big disappointment as I paid extra to create a special video     Crashed every time

Fabulous My 7 year old granddaughter was so excited when she watched the video Its a beautiful experience for kids to watch I must recommend that some minor improvements will be very helpful to make it more user friendly to use              Fabulous

I have loved this app for years I have two children and I know how happy seeing their message from Santa makes them I purchased the unlimited app for 999thats fine I also wanted to be able to save my videos so I paid an additional 699 to be able to save them and then saw a charge of an additional 299 for saving premium videos on my receipt Ok so I spent over 22 on this app with tax and the videos will not save I have emailed them to ask when the app will work and hey said at the end of the week which was 3 weeks ago I emailed them again and no help at all They just told me to contact iTunes for my money back I dont want my money back I want what I have paid for Customer service is useless     I def didnt mind paying

I bought 3each of a different version I suspect the son was supposed to say the personalized name not friend I had a lot of trouble with this version it was actually better when I did it for free Disappointed        Better when it was free

My kids love this but my wallet not much actually the free stuff is pretty good and I will say better than the actual paid one Birthday message kind of not make sense they should keep it xmas time And call instead or Bday But artistic overall great work and so I guess commercial part has to think a bit more on lower price to get more people able to do and also have the spanish version available I could have send video and link to many other but bummer they dont speak English or French so please next year              Great app but bit pricey

My 6 year old and 3 year old LOVED the video messages from Santa They were so excited and watched their video over and over It made me happy to see that pure joy and surprise on their faces We just did the basic free video but I might try the more deluxe videos you pay for next year I think it will be worth it                 Kids LOVED it

After some kids in his school told him that Santa wasnt real I was really sad for him I bought the package and all my kids got their own different video and calls and now he believes again                 Made my 7 year old believe

My kids loved getting calls from Santa regularly My husband and I purchased the 1000 unlimited pass and it was more than worth it Even though we have one child who doesnt believe and two that do it is so great to see their smiling faces when they get a personalized call from the Big Guy And from a Mom to another parent lets be real their rooms have never been so cleaned                 Worth Every Memory

I have a handicap son that is 21 and he believes in Santa his eyes would light up when he seen the message from Santa I payed the 399 Next year I thing Im going to get the 999 unlimited Its a GREAT APP                 Love the app

The only reason you would download this and purchase their messages is to show it to your kids Not being able to download the Christmas Eve message on Christmas Eve due to a technical problem by the makers of this completely ruined the app for us     Fun but not ready for primetime

I have been using PNP for 5 years now This was my first time with the mobile app as it was not available until this year It was very disappointing that we needed to pay for Santas verdict which I did Furthermore I selected Mostly Nice which Santa never said The light turned green for nice but my poor daughter was left in tears Christmas Eve after watching this video thinking she was on the naughty list So to PNP I say shame on you and thanks for ruining my daughters Christmas Eve Awesome job To Apple I say please refund my money but in reality 399 will never make up for the damage done     Worst version yet

When I heard about this app I was thoroughly excited for my grandchildren however I tried to use the app several days before Christmas and couldnt get through I finally did after and I told the kids it must have got lost on my phone My grandchildren love it              PNP

I used this app for the first time this Christmas season At first I opted for the free version but was disappointed when it would not show the naughty or nice verdict at the end So went ahead and purchased the upgrade Initially I chose the option that stated it would encourage the child with whatever behavior or thing they were having trouble with Since my very energetic child was having a bit of a problem listening to mommy and daddy this thing said Santa would help I was all for it I went ahead and made the video and but did not watch it all the way through before showing it to my child BIG MISTAKE The verdict was neither naughty or nice but the light flashed red and it was obvious it was not good I thought it would have landed somewhere in the middle and Santa would just give a little encouragementetc My little girl was devastated and so was I We were both in tears Somewhat funny now but they really need to work on making the encouragement video a little less traumatic           First time user

I purchased this app and it never upgraded to anything more than the original free version So it was a complete waste of 1000 Dont spend your money on something thats not guaranteed to worktoo many technically difficulties during the prime month of December for an app like this     Needs fixed
