Play Mozart: Piano Concerto No. 21

This first came to my attention as an ad on You Tube I watched the ad until it ended went to the website and watched it a few more times I had long forgotten about the video I was planning to watch For the minimal price I decided to buy the score to the Mozart Concerto on the spot for my iPad I would find out soon enough if this was for real Along the way I noticed that a second Mozart Concerto and the Ravel Concerto in G was also available something I already play It is now four hours later It took a fairly minimal amount of time to figure out how to use the controls to turn on the orchestra use the cursor change the tempo and the app found my Bluetooth speaker by itself just as I hoped it would Everything the video showed was true It does what it shows incredibly As a learning tool five stars as a performance tool five stars as a recording tool five stars I always knew there was a strong connection between these three movements but this app made it intuitively clear just how much Ravel was inspired by Mozart in writing the second mvmt of his concerto in G For the price they ask I will buy all three scores At first I could not understand why they offered scores for pieces that are solo piano But now that Ive seen how much quicker it is to learn while the cursor moves through the score while you listen to the piano part at whatever volume you choose I can see this would be useful to speed the learning process But my ears are stronger than my reading skills I was astonished to see that tricky situations were accompanied by a red alert in the score so that you could prepare long before you got to them A great tool for improving reading skills five stars Price five stars                 Everything the video shows
