PlanPlus Goals

Thank you for the update Better than before There is so much you can do to manage your life in one little app Im blown away by my ability to plan my goals life areas manage tasks and stay organized Crazy power for just 5 bucks Even syncs with my PlanPlus Online account                 Fantastic Even better with new update

Good idea poorly implemented     Waste of 5

After researching apps it seem that this would be a GREAT fit for me Unfortunately all it does is repeat the introduction Moving forward on my search     Doesnt work

I liked the concept of Life Areas instead of Roles I also like the ability to assign an art image to Life Areas and Goals This helps me to connect to my mission and purpose more visually But for a PlanPlus user this app currently falls short No daily prioritization tool like PlanPlus the abillity to look at a long list of things to do and drag and drop to A B and C columns in a specific order Ive gotta keep doing that on the PlanPlus web tool which feature doesnt work with Safari In fact the app doesnt yet support a numerical assignment greater than 5 ie forget having an A6 or B8 or C7 If a task has this prioritization in PlanPlus the prioritization assignment is simply lost in the sync There is no way to assign it in the app except 15 Until this is fixed in a revision around November perhaps it could be a good incentive to get my task list down to 15 items Perhaps this is more realistic and I should just stick everything else on the Master unscheduled Task List until I can fit it on a 15 item Daily Task List Also since in the PlanPlus product a Step from the Goals section does not become a task or event until it is dragged to the Task List or Calendar dont expect those goal steps in PlanPlus to sync over to the app since only Tasks Events and Notes are listed there The absence of functionality to read iOS data like calendar and contacts is a nonissue for me since I currently use Outlook for calendaring and the PlanPlus to Outlook sync tools works fine And I use Salesforcecom as my CRM contacts for proprietary reasons Looking forward to a fix to the Prioritization issue The app is largely unusable for me until then or until I convince myself that I shouldnt have a Task List longer than 15 items anyway A1A5 B1B5 C1C5           Better But Not Quite Yet

I want my money back I dose not work I cant get it to open     Review

app crashes on week view and month view for calendar No drag and drop on activities Can not drag an activity and drop it in the calendar have to retype Kinda eliminates the Efficiency But it is one of only two that I have found that even claims to do anything that a Franklin planner does     Not yet

When you are a FC user however no other planning system really cuts it Thus I was so excited to see a Franklin Covey app for my ipad I love the inclusion of the whole FC system including goals into the app That is an amazing feature I like that I dont have to have an internet connection to use it too However I like the format of Planplus online better because It is easier to quickly schedule future tasks and appointments from the home screen of Planplus online than from this app This needs to be corrected I too miss the drag and drop feature for tasks and appointments Also please create a way to quickly create a task from the calendar screen by touching the day you want to schedule the task for Also the home page needs to list the day of the week as well as the date in the appointment box That would help a lot when trying to schedule future tasks and appointments Please also have it interface with the apple calendar so I can still use Siri to schedule appointments that will show up in my Franklin Covey calendar My former calendar app that copied the covey planning system did this I really miss that feature I have contacted support a couple of time over issues with the category colors not crossing over well from my online account to the app but they have been VERY responsive and assured me they are working on it              Good but can be better

App crashes when I press calendar does not sync to plan plus online as advertised has potential but falls short     Disappointing

Ive used the paper planner and then the software for Outlook for many years As I got my new iPad I thought I would get back into the beauty of creating goals based on my values and make sure those big Rocks get done This app which stated could be used as a standalone keeps asking me if I want to sync every time I open the App I have the settings to inactive for this feature because I have no intention of paying a monthly fee for this service online Please make this stop and provide true standalone capabilities for those of us that want just that        Used PlanPlus for Outlook for years

I am a huge believer in the power of Goals This app is one of the only apps that I have found that connects my goals to my daily activities tasks and notes I think I would like a different icon though                 ReadySet Goal

Using goals to organize calendar and todos and notes is a great idea Still exploring but really nice so far                 Nice app

I bought this APP along with another APP that basically the two do the same thing This one was the winner The other one was 20 and had monthly fees to let it sync between devices and it didnt have all the options you have in this APP This APP you can sync between ipads has lots of options and user friendly                 LOVE IT

I love this app The only thing I dont like is I cant use it on my iPhone 5s too Why How can I have my calendar then It doesnt sync with my iPad or iPhone calendar at all So disappointed Id like my money back I really need one that goes for both Because how can I do my stuff and not be able to see it in my phone Bummed           Great app But

Downloaded the app but it would only take me through the intro screen and kept looping back after I tapped the get started button Im interested in this type of app in a big way Looked at the online version and have some concerns that it will not integrate with my exchange calendar or even iCal Would like something like this to work     Not Ready

I have been a FC user for years Ive been very frustrated with them for their lack of apps for Apple I kept hoping they would finally catch up to the rest Then I saw this I do not or plan to use Planplusonline It cost too much for a single user I love that this is stand alone and I dont have to have an account although it works and syncs with your account if you have one My main complaint is that it will not do what all the others do and that is work with iOS Calendar I have all my appointments and task and contacts on iOS and the fact that you have to reenter all your information is a pain Please fix that Most all other apps sync with the ios apps           Needs Update

Awful it simply does not work One of the worst apps that I have ever purchased Does not work at all It crashes loses information asks always for synchronizing when I dont want it etc I wish I could have my money back     Worst app that I have ever had

The app wont open after the Get Started intro Just keeps looping back to the beginning of the intro     Caught in an Infinite Loop

I am loving the way I can create a vision board like dashboard with this app I feel like I am focused on things now that I had forgotten were important to me                 I love the way my photos make my goals come alive

I have loved the FranklinCovey tools through the years but this one does not fully work It does not sync all the parts of my calendar done on my computer onto this program used on my iPad or vise versa        Some problems

Does FranklinCovey really expect me to believe people will use this as a standalone app when they cant even use the iOS Calendar This is one of those apps meant to draw people into their antiApple 1530 per month PlanPlus Online Subscriptions I often wonder if Stephen Covey was another of those who underestimated or hated Steve Jobs so badly that he did so at the cost of tens of thousands of customers and hundreds of millions in sales dollars by refusing to develop anything compatible with OSX or iOS Even after loyal lifers of FC requested pleaded complained threatened and followed thru with having to choose their operating system over their lifelong friend who seemed to have become arrogant towards their most loyal fans The first time we even see a hint of willingness is with this app and it is only after Steve Jobs is no longer alive to see it in his App Store However while it may have given Steve Jobs some degree of satisfaction this app as it stands now will provide zero satisfaction for the loyal Franklin customers that were lost for more than a decade Why Because of the noniOS calendar issues the tenuous ABC123 entry the inability to even view an all day event once you create it inability to see which day of the week it is unless you page up to 1am in the morning the inability to delete a recurring event unless without deleting every individual recurrence etc etc Oh but if you subscribe to plan plus online for 15 a month it will minimize many of these deficiencies you just paid 499 which allows them to continue to stiffarm Apple by having you work off the web or purchase software only compatible with a PC Please please FranklinCovey make me eat my words and take what really is a very attractive app and make it ROCK for EVERYONE        Franklin Frustrates Again

I have used FP products in the past and it is nice having it once more on a mobile device Sure you have to close the app initially after install but it runs fine afterwards As for online syncing it goes directly to the PlanPlus online server and syncs to an online account that is created when the application is installed The online account can be accessed in any browser so far Just remember that the account name and company name are the same for logging into the browser Im really excited to see this product evolve                 Fantastic

This app is great for helping me stay organized and actually accomplish the goals I set The issues with from previous versions seem to be completely resolved with this update                 Great app for accomplishing goals

I was looking forward to using this app since it appears to be everything I have been looking for Unfortunately it only integrates fully with Google rather than the native iCal I spent too many hours trying to make this work but no joy Hopefully the developer will see the wisdom of making integration Apples native application an option     Great Potential But

I have been searching forever for a goals app that would help me target the different areas of my life PlanPlus Goals allows me to not only track what matters most to me but it lets me customize track special events create personal achievements and has a wonderful graph that shows me where Im putting most of my energy into                 Excellent Goals App

Doesnt correct misspelled words doesnt add apostrophes and I would like to see priorities extended higher than A5 B5 and C5 Please see if these changes could be made                 LOVE IT

Adding my appointment category colors to the calendar was a great addition in the new version Thanks for adding the one touch to update the priority and status                 Great app to keep a balance of my personal and professional goals

1 Ive purchased over 50 App Store apps and this is the first paid app that has a required registrationlogin to use the app Really Ive purchased the app I dont want an user account The user account should be optional check the App Store best sellers they offer syncing as an optional feature 2 There is an alert box to syncronize your user data that opens every time you go back to the app Very annoying 3 Not all the graphic are retina USD5 for an app like this is crazy Please update your app to be like all the other great apps in the store No loginregistration required no annoying alert boxes all the time and retina support graphics     Very dissapointed
