I am so upset I downloaded this app 1st without doing my research The same app that is free gives me exactly the same thing This was the worst 5 I have ever spent I straight away had to download another one called pilates 15 minute workout that is so much better but is a dollar more Please dont make the same mistake I made I would love to get a refund for this app Dont download
I have tried a ton of these apps and this one is the best heres why Real instructor vs a model that is so not like me The exercises are just right for my abilities and cool backgrounds Very Nice OMG This is The BEST Pilates App

There are literally hundreds of Pilates apps on the app store This is very nice Great images of the Pilates exercises Professionally done movies with beautiful backgrounds I started with the Pilates app by this same developer and am so glad that I upgraded to the iPad version Has really helped my Pilates workouts Wow This app is Nice
The workouts are challenging and have definitely helped me step my game up Abs gluts arms everything works well for me The instructors voice is pleasing and easy to understand The movies need an wireless connection and the quality is not perfect however the content is right for me Would recommend Love this Pilates App
