Just had a very bad initial experience Ultimately I was unable to order a pizza and gave up Here are the many problems doesn t open until six and I m not even able to submit an order through the app before 6 for delivery just after 6 the gps location identified my location as my neighbor s address No problem I thought I ll enter the address manually I corrected the address which was displayed correctly for less than a second and then changed back to my neighbors address I entered my credit card number to order and there is no way to delete it The company is now permanently storing it there is no phone number to call Can t reach a real person to fix what should be a minor problem     Unable to order pizza wc7s

First of all I tried to contact them directly to provide feedback and there is absolutely NO way to do so No customer service at all on a fresh food delivery Yikes So feedback 1 you need a way for people to contact you Feedback 2 I had problems getting the app to use our correct address and there is no place for instructions or anything else We are currently waiting for our pizza and I can only hope the pizza delivery person will figure it out And 3 is the same comment others had the marketing is really deceptive I really thought I was getting a 20 credit towards my first order but no was for four orders Ugh but we had already made the plan for dinner so went ahead and ordered anyways This was a bit disappointing and also tied back to customer service Hence this review I hope someone at the company actually reads it         Needs work chucklenugget

For the most part the app and the related pizza experience were amazing Smooth design and super simple interface All of designed to get you a delicious and it is really five star delicious in an amazingly short period of time almost ten minutes for me Here s the problem yes you do get a great 20 off for simply trying it out No they don t tell you that that 20 is going to get split over two orders Again each pizza costs 20 but the discount gets split over your first two orders so you have to order twice to use the full discount I don t mind making many orders in the future but telling us about this up front might save Pythagoras some grief                 Delicious but missing information Amogasiddhi

Very deceiving marketing I would have preferred to have left this feedback directly with the company but alas there does not seem to be any way to contact them other than this review They claim to offer a free pizza to all beta users Signed up and excitedly told all my Mission and Potrero residing friends about the app regretting this now only to discover upon examining my credit card statement that the first pizza is in fact not free On the website it says 20 covers the cost of the pizza and delivery when you sign up for their beta program they issue you a 20 credit Their website and various articles published about the company claims first pizza free that s what you expect right Wrong The charge is thinly veiled behind fine print Limit 10 order this is unclear to someone who has never used the app before because no where does it state on the app what the charge for an order is If they had been more transparent about this charge I would have still tried out the service and honestly would have had a pleasant experience but because of this deceiving marketing I ll think twice about referring my friends     Deceiving Marketing Unclear Interface Not As Easy As "Pi"
