It s my favorite App to create my own customized workout plans but i would like to add a feature of super sets into workout programs and feature to split the program into days i would give it 5 stars if it has those features Great App BeboUnit
Concept is good Could be a great app for therapists but data base is worthless for a rehab setting and is very limited More for higher level gym members Could be great with proper research into rehabilitation exercise And app could be a great tool but not yet Waiting on any updates Two stars for concept zero for database Database lacking BamaLPTA
It only shows pictures of and describes a limited number of exercises Would be nice if it would walk you through a program with audio and tell you how long to hold exercises Could be much better Darktangent
Pretty great so far I just tried out the app by creating a few custom programs for a couple of my patients and I can already see some clear benefits Also any changes to routines can be updated and emailed to patients in less than a minute especially helpful for patients checking their emails from their phones and even while at the gym too PhysPrac App is a great start Dr.Bubb
