Phone - for YouMail

YouMail the original application which is the blue logo app is a decent application It has its difficulties with editing You get better results by going to the Internet using Safari Browser if you are an Apple user not sure about PC users The Chrome Browser has serious hang ups and crashes with their original application UI and Im not sure why I have notified them of the problems but I have been a user for many many years and they refuse to work in the glitches for Safari or Chrome Other than the few glitches they have with editing in their web UI and the iPhone App being just short of I cant say dis functional because thats too polite It doesnt work at all except to check message its a decent application in that it does make a professional voicemail presentation to your callers I wish they have more Professional voicemail templates but they dont They have trillions of stupid Bch stop calling me type templates and only a few Professional Business type templates I have requested for more professional examples for years as well They refuse to change that as well I guess there are plenty of free users that are kids and much less that actually use this for professional business I find that ironic because if they would spend the money to cater a little more to the business users then they would most likely be more profitable Business owners would use this product religiously if they could depend on it Im not sure when the last update was but I can assure you it was only to maintain the same application they have had since they open the doors and it still has a terrible iPhone app Again for making your over all changes I suggest using their web page on Safari if you use an Apple computer Thats the bad news The good news is I have tried all of the others Libon and HulloMail cant find others or I would supply them for you are no competition HulloMail could compete if they provided voicemail templates Their user interface is much more user friendly rarely crashes and has other extremely useable options that YouMail doesnt have but they are a little higher in price and lack the ability to address your callers Names from the contact list Lastly I am not sure but its not for the lack of trying what is wrong with their import function but it stinks bad Once you fight your way through editing punishment on safari to get your contact list updated and fixed as reasonable as made possible by their lazy programmers you should never ever try to import again Just add them by hand trust me Their is I method to their madness They do not explain to specify a particular group or allow you to choose who you are importing so just when you have them where you think you might not go crazy with the partial imports and screwed up editing if you import again you will start all over I have request an option to mass move your contacts to an established folder to segregate the clean contacts so your arent back at square one but thats been ignored as well If they did have a mass move option then you could make progress in your contact list even with their POS interface Currently if you are in need of a voicemail manager on an iPhone YouMail is your best choice but only from the lack of options If HulloMail makes the changes or adds the ONE option I requested I will be moving to them even if it cost a few bucks more Good luck     YouMail PLEASE READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING
