Very disappointing cant even open it After login apps goes into background     Very disappointing

This app every time asks for login and not working with CAR Bluetooth Bluetooth works initially till the phone is ringing on the other side but drops as soon as call is established This is very big usage issue for me International calls has lot of voice breaking I am using iPhone6 with iOs 8     Not working for car bluetooth and international calls

I downloaded the app after TimwWarner sent me an email advertising it Virtually anywhere except where you are apparently It required my TWC login to start except it wont login because it says theres No Phone Number Associated with this Account I only pay for Home Phone National Voicemail and SignatureService but hey if TWC says I dont have it I should get a refund right More junk from TimeWarner Cable     Doesnt work

Come on guys how hard can it be to be able to use Bluetooth Phone calls dont always forward App needs to be open and running in the background Over all great idea bad execution     Doesnt support Bluetooth

Great app for making calls from iPad However latest update has disabled the search field in all areas of this map TWC please fix and update for a 5 star review           Search not working

It was always crashing while clicking on app It works when you stop the access for contacts Call quality is awesome        Worth to try

Should have listened to all the bad reviews I downloaded the app and it wont even start This is a really bad product     Mrs

I suspect some of the bad reviews are due to incorrect setup or too many apps open that dont leave enough memory for this to load I find that on wifi it works perfectly Great for overseas travel I dont use Bluetooth so no comment on that              Perfect so far

I first started using the app 6 months ago from home to test it out and it worked well Not perfect but functional Ive been on the road for the last few months and I havent been able to open the app at all It seems to crash upon execution every single time so ita pretty useless at the moment I tried to delete and re download the app across several of my devices and none of them work at all it still crashes every time I attempt to open the app Im going to try some other options at this point What was nice about this app is that I didnt have to pay extra since it was a ride along with my phone service A lot good that does me if it doesnt even work     Cant even open the app

Tried installing the app on an iPhone 5s twice Logs in without problems but the app quits after about 5 seconds     App doesnt work

Its keep crashing on my iPhone 6 plus Tried several times be deleting the app and re installing and it dull go up to Emergency contacts setup and crashes even after June 26th update TWC please fix this     Completely useless app

Every time an attempt was made to sign in with user id and password it rejected the sign in Message came up as no phone number is associated with my account Clearly there is no option to register each mobile device on the app after signing in because app wont permit signing in     Wont give access

The app version is updated but the app is completely useless and does not work     Still useless

One star only because it works If you want this app to be really worth make it applicable to make international calls with cell phone minutes Compare it to the services offered by vonage and you will be most preferred company by all Indians     One Star

I almost didnt try it because of the bad reviews but since I have wifi at my vacation spot and calls are expensive I gave it a try I messaged and called 3000 miles away and it worked using my iPod touch I didnt try Bluetooth              Worked Fine to make a call

If you are outside of your home phone app tries to use cellular data If you have limited data plan then its costs additional charge to get additional cellular data Vonage have an option to utilize cellular minutes rather than cellular data to place international call That really helps me to call India numbers when I am outside of home We cannot search for wifi hotspot and stay until finish your call at that location dkmarjun     Uses cellular data

Works great for making and receiving calls Sound quality is better than speakerphone on home phone Minus one star only because it cant be used with machineanswered calls where you have to press a number to get directed to the right department etc              Sound Quality Better Than Cordless Home Phone

The application keeps on crashing I am able to open the app and add in my credentials but as soon as i click on login the application crashes I am on iOS 901 Can someone help me with this     Not working with with iOS9

So we wait 8 months for an update and it still crashes upon login unless I deny it access to my contacts in which case its pretty useless They need to use the Push Notification system for text messages As it is now if the program isnt running or you have no signal when someone texts you the message is lost forever This is unacceptable     8 months for this

I use this app to call China everyday The quality is the best I have ever used                 great app

I cant seem to get the app to progress past my password When I hit log in Crash Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone Nothing works Its really a useless app     Crash and fail

First problem they rolled this out without telling customers it was moving from the regular VoiceZone app Secondly the app freezes when you need to forward phones back and forth it freezes when you need it most Cant wait for Charter to take over this market     Horrible app

The app worked well for about a month with minimal issues but now the app crashes every time I attempt to log in Reported the issue immediately without resolution TWC has seriously failed to support the app or resolve reported issues     Routinely crashes

1 App needs to be improved to have an user to select the following call options in the settings A wifi B cell network C cell data 4g 2 current the calls are only made using the wifi or data connection and it doesnt use the cellular normal phone connection to make a call Due to this the call either dropped or call clarity is very poor while the app use 4g data connection     Needs an improvement

I gave up Vonage Extensions for this service which I was using for almost 8 years The only good thing about this service is that its 10 and I can call India unlimited Well when it works So here is what they need to fix and that too very quick 1 login is extremely slow even when I have full network Sometime it just spins and crashes 2 when Im on cars Bluetooth and call someone I can only hear the bell ringing on Bluetooth The moment it gets connected it gets dropped from Bluetooth and I have to use phone speaker this is the MAIN feature that I really need so please fix it 3 when we dial a number we dont hear if its ringing It just connects directly but takes too long     Needs LOT OF improvements

The concept is great and I look forward to TWC improving this app As it is it is not something you can depend on for a decent phone conversation I read another review which recommended using the dial function rather than computer contacts I made two calls using the dial pad with no problem so I raised from one star to two If I knew I could continue to make calls like this I would add at least one more star I like having my home phone number show up and trying to save minutes on my Consumer Cellular plan        Not So Good

Call forwarding is flawed My sister call my house phone and I answered my house phone The called did not get forwarded to my cell phone or the Phone 2 Go app Four minutes later the call was then forwarded to my cell the Phone 2 Go app while I was still talking to my sister on the house phone Please discontinue this Phone 2 Go app and reintegrate the phone features back into the My TWC app     Horrible

The app cannot open After I logged in it closes and the screen goes back to my home screen I deleted the app and redownloaded multiple times hoping it would work but I gave up The app is broken and needs to be fixed     Not Working at all

I thought this would be great for a trip to France but there is no way to stop the app from accessing data or limiting it only to using wifi Tech support was unable to help and online chat was completely useless Every other app has a toggle in Settings to stop the app from using data but not this one Im uninstalling it     Disappointed

This app does not work all the time Most of the time the call quality is really bad Bluetooth does not work for calls made through this app I am surprised a big company like TWC could create an app like this This app is a total waste     Disappointed
