This game is so fun I have been looking for a good game for days THIS is that game Its so good it made me forget about my other good game I have only been playing for 30 MINUTES GET THIS GAME                 I totally LOVE this game

The game is really good i love it but its hard to get money they should fix that to get money alot easier Bit besides that i love i especially the animals              Really addicting

This game is cute and fun However I dont understand the gem cost for hours Itll take 12 hours to get a soulmate or baby and it says that to get them without the wait I have to pay 60 gems What I dont see the logic there              Gem cost

Great app The gems are fairly easy to get as well as the coins but you still have to earn them You can get lots of animals three of each one and name them all They come with names though                 Pets

I like it butit could use more detail Like in other words add more fart make it interesting And it cost so much money to build something In other words there is so much poop and not enough pee I like how you can name them though I named one poopfart and one poop brain Also more animals would be cool        Poop

This is a fun app and the best of its kind but Im waiting for the Guest Book feature to become available and for this app to advance in other ways              Great potential

I didnt think too much about this app in the beginning but I decided to give it a try when I noticed my friend would always be on this app As I progressed I slowly found myself becoming more and more addicting to how my hotel was doing or what my rating was Overall its a fun game to obsess over And I wouldnt mind being addicted to Pet Hotel Story A fun and great game to play                 Fun Passes Time and VERY Addictive

I have had multiple issues with team lava and storm8 and their customer service staff doesnt care about helping you in the least bit They do not care about their customers so I will no longer play any of their games nor would I recommend them to anyone     Team lava doesnt care about their customers

I was hoping this game would be a nicer alternative to the now extinct Dream PetHouse by Zynga But one particular game mechanic makes me question whether or not this game is worth my time anymore keyword time If you attempt to bring in a soulmate or baby and you spend too much time outside of the game after their supposed ingame arrival time they will leave and you will not get a refund for the wasted investment after they run away NOT COOL AT ALL NEVER HAVE I RAGED AT A GAME SO HARD Unless this game gets an unpdate where the soulmate andor baby AUTOMATICALLY moves into the hotel without the need or input from the player and CANNOT run away thus causing you to have wasted your time money coins and gems for nothing then this game is a giant pile of trash and needs to be pulled from stores Never have I seena game so disgraceful so inconsiderate of the players lives OUTSIDE of the game its like you need to dedicate 247 of your life to this game to not screw anything up I hate this game now so much because of this     This game punishes you for not responding to a soulmate or babys arrival

Cute game but has an annoying glitch where it will undo something u had finished like a finished room with a check mark or a baby that u already placed in a room will run away as if u didnt get there in time Anyway trying my best to ignore it could use more neighbors add ciararose628           Decent gamewhen it works

Pet hotel is a great game but yesterday when I tried to buy the log cabin having all the money needed I could not buy it                 GREATBUT A FEW BUGS

My daughter and I play the game together and we both enjoy it I wish that the items that required diamonds didnt require soooooo many in order to purchase rooms But at least there are plenty of other animals that dont require diamonds at all All in all its an enjoyable app              Great game
