I been a good customer for over 6 years I have the original PSA app I did a upgrade on my smart phone and the PSA app doesn t meet qualifications and I can no longer open and see all my bookings and contacts I have emailed and called left messages with zero reply     So disappointed glnmcknz.

Calendar only shows month settings so scheduling is a guessing game Loved the PSA when it worked but now it s just an expensive waste of money Besides the money lost on the app I m loosing time and money in the salon with the messed up schedule and they don t seem to be in any hurry to fix the problem Now it only stays open for 10 seconds when contacted they said it was the new IOS update well because this app has had so many problems I didn t do the update and support had not thing to say about that So frustrating keep your money     Doesn t work brandojam

This app is very good in terms of scheduling reports the register and running the salon electronically The main issue with this app is that the developer is not consistent with the updates After paying 99 99 three years ago I had to pay it again if I wanted to keep the app Instead of updating the app the developer created a whole new app After being on the phone with Apple for over an hour this issue could not be resolved I have tried to contact Salon Technologies multiple times over a 4 month period The response seems to be computer generated and there is no support The phone number on the website is no longer in service I feel that this company is unethical and am not happy Unfortunately I do like the app and was hoping Salon Technologies would resolve this issue After purchasing the app two times another year has gone by No updates available and the app is malfunctioning It kicks me out every time I open it I can t even access my year end reports for 2017 The support does not exist     Good and Bad Piper's Paradise
