I havent been able to login into the app in days and days It opens then says an error occurred Very inconvenient An improvement

This is the worst bank app No problems with other bank apps but this is awful for check deposits Simply does not work Peoples United bank app
The app is good but it can be better You guys should add some notifications features just like Wells Fargo and Bank of America For example you should have notification for balance transactionswithdraw and deposit In addition you should fix up the app appericance In addition you should add a preview feature Fix some main issue
The problems logging in are not limited just to the iPad app my iPhone and iPad apps are both having issues an update fixing this and adding support for ios8 would be greatly appreciated Ios8 problems

This app is always having networking errors and such Itll work maybe every other day Not to mention deposits made on debit takes days to process or they have processed but dont mention the deduction on the list of recent activities Banks make an unimaginable amount of money and yet cant have a fully functioning and reliable mobile banking app I cant always make it to my bank to get an update on my spending and my savings So mobile banking is crucial Im very close to moving my business to a bank more reliable with this part of their business Horrible
There are a lot of technical issues with this app It logged me out and wont let me log back into the app but I can log onto the website Its defective
Wont accept check images due to a data issue Ive deposited hundreds of checks with other banks apps and no problem on those ever Not working so far

The app insists that the password or user name are wrong App was working two weeks ago After iOS 8 it is useless Peoples Bank months to prepare a version for iOS 8 Thousands of other apps were ready for iOS 8 No longer working

Ive specifically been waiting for this app to add a deposit function but now that it has it is nothing but frustrating It took multiple attempts the first time I tried it for it to accept the picture of the check Today I keep getting the same error Can not read check I even went outside for the best possible lighting In giving up Frustrating Check deposit error
Works for me great Balances transaction history check deposit and transfers Ive done about 4 or 5 checks over the past year and each have gone in without any complication Nice Performs expectations
But tonight couldnt make a mobile deposit because of some network error on their end Needs to be done by 7pm Have been trying since 5pm Usually love the app

Ask too much personal information when you open the app for the first time This is our information our identities in my opinion they have what they need when we open the account on the bank but looks that is not enough And the app itself works good Ugh
When you purchase something it does not tell an accurate available balance It takes 23 days to process transactions made from debit so you are counting with x amount of money but when 23 days come in you have an entire different amount of money in your bank Sometimes even gone negative because Im calculating that Ill have more than enough but since their available balance is so inaccurate its just unpredictable Because of this I am actually considering changing bank I dont really have time to go to the actual location so mobile banking for me is crucial but their system is just unacceptable Bad
I love the app when I can get into it I have been having some technical difficulties opening it keeps saying service unavailable at this time please try again later Its been happening on a daily basis now it seems I would have to uninstall and reinstall again then I can get it to work Love the app

Cant sign in Security system is absurd Keeps asking me which of these streets is closest to your street even though Ive never even heard of any of these streets I even opened a map and couldnt find any of them Asked me which of these people do you know even though I had never heard of these people before Went through eight or nine rounds of the same bad security questions and now I cant sign in at all Just bad Cant sign in
