Whats the point of having a payment app if it never works Pretty useless Ive deleted it and tried to reload it and still it doesnt work Whoever is being paid to work on this app needs replaced with somebody more capable Never Works

This app is lightweight and snappy very few images so it loads very quickly In fact it was faster than peopleseaccountcom Will definitely use this app over the website when possible My account was ported over from Equitable Gas and I didnt have any problems logging in Faster than their website
Uh a convenience charge of 395 to use this app to pay your bill Are you kidding me Rip Off Do Not Download
Fire the guy who developed the web and app system for peoples gas Never works They do Maintenance all day and night and never let you login Apple should remove this app from the store it causes pain and nothing else Never works
Its freezes wont load and force closes all the time Tried plugging in my username and password yet it tells me my credentials are wrong But I can plug the same information in the website and login just fine This app is utterly useless Worst app
I just tried the app to make my payment because the website is very Atariish on my PC and never works for whatever reason I wont ever go back to the website now if this app is as smooth as it seems So far so good

Id give it no stars if it still let me write a review I made my account is online so I know I have one but according to the app an account doesnt exist by my username Absolutely Useless
Everytime I try to use the app its always loading I even log out and log back in and it still loads without doing anything Nothing changes forever loading Dont waste your time or data its easier to use the website than the app unfortunately Very disappointed 05
This would be a convenient app if it would post the payment you actually put in Twice Ive tried to post an even 13200 It shows that the payment was successful but once you go back to the bill screen and look at payment history it only shows as 132 and once it posts 132 This needs fixed Otherwise it would be a great app Needs work

Sometimes this app is great and Im able to log in and pay my bill no problem But those times are far and few between Most times my information isnt even able to be loaded Its set up well and is quite intuitive But it just never is able to load The little loading wheel just spins and spins Lots of potential but just doesnt work
