It seems that Peapod updated its App and now the My Favorites section is no longer available It was a convenient way to see your past purchases that are now on sale Please return the section past purchases on sale or whatever it was called And also encourage the personal shoppers to check sale dates as I repeatedly get expired products Ive recently used Shoprite From Home and I love it Excellent quantity of products to choose from     Lousy App

You have rendered this app virtually useless with the latest update First there is no longer any ability to search for items The search line no longer calls up the keyboard with a search or go button There is no such button on the actual app so you can know longer actually search for an item Second the app no longer will do landscape mode on my iPhone 6 Plus Third is a visually impaired user you have rendered voiceover essentially useless You can no longer scroll down a list of any kind with the normal three finger to scroll did you use one voiceovers turned on You have shown a complete lack of attention to details and I am shocked that you had the nerve to even put out this update The previous version worked beautifully But     You turned a great app into an almost unusable up

I truly do not understand why companies update their apps to make them supposedly more user friendly but instead make them much worse to use Ive never had a problem with this app but now that its been updated it freezes up constantly Thumbs way down     Sigh

I like shopping using this app Its easy and enjoyable I just wish the service would pick better produce accept EBT and add more products              Great shopping app

Used to love the peadpod app before the last update I enjoyed using it The last update has made shopping tedious It takes too long to load longer to try and get anything to load and while the savings shown is awesome it was literally the only thing missing from the previous version the layout and performance has brought me from 5 stars to struggling with a 2 Hoping at least the lag time gets fixed        Bad Update

Cant log in Does nothing I can log in on the website but not this app So I know its not that I have the wrong credentials Useless     Cant log in

I love this app I love Peapod I have not experienced any problems with the app on my iPhone or using the website I think the app is extremely easy to use in all aspects                 Love it

This app is really slow for some reason I just got it to hopefully use peapod but its taking too long to add milk to my cart or to search for anything I deleted it and may try again     Slow

The new version is fantastic It is much easier to use and looks great                 Awesome new User Interface

The new UI may look better cosmetically but it comes with a significant loss of functionality Order genius in comparison to guess my order leaves much to be improved With guess my order it was always spot on and I only had to add a few additional items I dont know where order genius is pulling its data but much of it is stuff I have rarely ordered Also watch closely to the quantity of produce it suggests It always suggests I want 5 bunches of bananas 2535 as opposed to one bunch of 57     Order genius is horrible

The new version is slow and wastes time with slow animations Peapod go back to the previous system     Need version is horrible

It would have been nice to get client input before implementing this worthless new app It is not user friendly I dont want to look for another delivery service but this may force me to do so Why did you feel that you needed to fix what was not broken     This is the worst

I was so happy when I opened the Peapod app on 67 It was sleek and I found searching and placing my order much easier Loved the substitution feature Where did it go Opened today 68 and the old version is back     Where is the new version

If you want overpriced groceries which are almost always delivered late this is the company to use     Delivery Always Late

This app makes a very convenient service SO much less convenient If this app wasnt for a service that I actually use I would have deleted it already It freezes up or gives error messages constantly and even restarting the app or whole phone doesnt solve anything The Peapod app on my iPhone has been stuck on a white screen for days now even with restarting the app and phone Please update your app        Service is great App needs some work

Oh raised back in the day when if you didnt suffer it wasnt going to rack up points in heaven it took me awhile to work my head around having my groceries delivered to my Yeah about 5 minutes after I broke my arm a few years back I whined and dithered some even checked the prices against Market Basket flyer and gosh dang it SAME in most all cases So when I feel like it I go to a store when I feel like ordering from home I do Not too say I dont have some thornsnow Key items are not available like a steak which was to be the centerpiece for St Valentines meal OOPS or substituted even when listed as new to make me buy it Most times I have not liked the sub but customer service has always removed the charge promptly Also the minimum delivery amount of 60 as well as the 695 delivery charge is a bit steep limiting my small orders to once a month in this passing sleety winter for example Ive come to look at home delivery as another tool option for my convenience Really I love me some PeaPod I do tip the delivererin cashat the door as heshe departs in addition to the charges above but thats how I roll The drivers are very courteous neatpleasanton timeand they CARRY THE FRIGGIN BAGS INTO MY KITCHEN Sighnirvana is NOW                 My Guilty Pleasure

First time attempting to use the service On my Mac book I created a shopping list Later remembered a couple of items and loaded up the app on my iPhone The shopping list doesnt sync Ugh        The app doesnt sync

But I would hardly say its optimized for iOS 8 Still has a very iOS 6 look and feel           App works well

While the app is flawed the service is wonderful Willing to fix their mistakes your mistakes plus change pick up delivery times I ordered groceries for family that needed some help the earliest pick up was days away They offered free delivery first thing the next morning to make sure they had food as soon as possible Wonderful and caring company                 Great customer service

I love Peapod and use it weekly but theres a real oversight in their process that could be solved simply by an improvement in the appwhich hasnt been updated by the way since 2012 Its time guys Every week Peapod leaves a big stack of boxes on my patio and I have to call to schedule a pickup Why The app should have a button for box pickup What a waste of time every week to arrange box pickups The solution is simple push the box pickup button specify the number of boxes It knows your account and address already push the submit button done Heres how it currently works open app search for customer service link find phone number and call please hold as we are experiencing high call volume every time please listen to our options as they may have changed blah blah select returning customer tick tock wait on hold for a real person You get the idea For something that must be the number one most frequent reason for customer calls why cant you streamline this Alternate suggestions 1 Two days after delivery a pick up is automatically scheduled by default or 2 whenever a delivery happens the driver takes away all the empty boxes that are there instead of just ignoring them Simple problem simple solution if only Peapod would take a look at the customer experiences that drive their business           Key Feature Missing

My new way of grocery shopping The prices are very reasonable even cheaper than most storesthe selection is out of this world Spreading the word                 Fabulous love the new update

All of a sudden the Prapod app was updated without downloading an update and Im NOT happy Its now hard to navigate and find anything I miss My Lists It now has Recent Purchases but you cant search each individual list I miss not being able to enlarge the photo of the items The New Items section is gone When looking at your Shopping Cart you can only see a few items at a time instead of the whole page The old app was simple and uncluttered Now its a busy mess I dont like the changes at all     Terrible Update

Please do not install this app I love Peapod go ahead and use the mobile site I used to be able to see 10 or so items in my cart when I clicked the cart icon Now you can only review 3 AT A TIME Delete     Update is terrible

I use this app almost daily to complete and update my orders for the week I was really surprised to open it and find a completely new and sleek app I absolutely love it Its easier to read and the pictures are bigger If gives you a running total of cost per item clearly and makes check out a breeze Very well done good job                 Great update

This app used to be terrific Very robust reliable and intuitive The newest version is a major update Unfortunately its now MUCH less usable My biggest complaint is with its search function The old search feature was great it could help me find what I wanted even if I wasnt sure what I wanted or how to spell it The new search function often refuses to find even basic terms eg pasta Nutrigrain and Peroni Even when I enter a term it later seems to eventually and grudgingly recognize I often have make several attempts before it will show me the search results With the old app search results would show me things Id ordered before at the top of the list I like Peroni beer so when I searched for beer that would be the first thing Id see when I searched for beer That was really helpful The new update presents search results in a seemingly random order which slows down the ordering process Also it used to be easy to order search results by unit price so even though oatmeal comes in various sized packages you could quickly order them to see the price per ounce The new search function seems to lack that ability for several items where it used to be available Peapod please bring back your old app     Good app gone bad

The app is easy to use and the service is awesome I have arthritis and cant drive so having groceries delivered is huge And to have an app as flawless and user friendly as this helps a lot I also adore my drivers they are always so nice and so helpfulI cant say enough about Peapod Its a game changer for me Makes my life easier and better                 Love this app AND this service

What hap to this app Its freezing up and has to be deleted and re downloaded every time I log on lately Super annoying piece of crap app     Crash and burn

So frustrating Every time I try to add an item to my list from an alternate device the whole list is lost and Im left with only the most recent item Can not add an item from an email special as it will automatically delete the list you are working on Need a better system for saving a list that is made over a weeks time As most people will suddenly remember something they forgot to add to list Would be nice if I made the list on my iPad I could update it on my iPhone        Lose list when I add item from another device

I love this app I can simply put in an item as we run out of stuff Its like the Amazon of grocery shopping For once I am not forgetting to add peanut butter toilet paper etc love the search and guess my order Great doing grocery shopping during the halftime of my daughters soccer This is the key reason Ill be a stop and shop customer for the foreseeable future                 Helps my forgetful mind So easy to use

The good browse aisles add to cart update an order schedule delivery manage addresses manage payment info The gaps manage lists add delete items Visibility to local lists and prepared foods When viewing a product need two buttons one for add to cart one for add to list           Good app Needs more features

I love this major update to the app interface So much better than the old one Im not sure why others are complaining about it I guess you can never make everyone happy For me though this new interface is vastly improved Im also excited they added the Favorites feature to the app Previously you could only addremove things from favorites lists from their website Now you can do it in the app I also like the Alternatives feature that shows up when an item you want is out of stock Makes it effortless to find an alternative brand to order                 Love New App Interface

I like the new look of the app All the product information is great Would love to be able to get notifications about my favorite items when they are on sale Also how about the ability to have my deliveries added to my calendar I live by my phone calendar                 Pretty Sweet

The search and key word function is well practically nonfunctioning which not a huge surprise seeing that the app hasnt been updated since 2012        Mediocre at Best

My overall Peapod experience was decent I found the app somewhat easy to browse The driver showed up ontime and brought the bags inside my door There were several items I was able to order off the app that the driver explained to me had been out of stock in their warehouse FYI I Learned on the phone with customer service that the groceries come from a warehouse and not an actual Giant supermarket location This is understandable I suppose however couldnt you contact me and suggest substitutions for those out of stock items instead of simply explaining you did not have them at the door Also one item a container of garlic hummus was substituted for a different brand which was fine Once I unpacked my groceries I noticed I was missing about 20 of my items I called customer service right away and the lady was friendly and responsive She offered me either store credit for the missing items or a new delivery for missed items She took away the delivery fee of 795 that I paid today for my trouble Overall I think this app serves a good purpose and is more or less easy to use Good luck and hopefully your groceries all show up for you the first time           Many missing items several out of stock items

I cant believe that Peapod a service for people on the go hasnt updated their mobile app in over two years Well it has stopped working for me I just get a blank screen when I logged in Tried deleting and reinstalling the app rebooting my phone and updating iOS Nothing works Time to move onto a new company     App Stopped Working

The new version of the app is not usable for large orders It takes 3 times as long to shop It was a good app that worked well so why this drastic change The product icons are so large that only 4 items appear on an iPad screen when browsing aisles It takes way too much scrolling It will not display the smaller icons it does for a second then reverts back to the large ones To view past purchases you have to keep hitting view more Also the past purchases do not seem complete even when all past purchases is selected I wish I could get the old version back this makes me want to stop using the Peapod service     It used to be a good app

With the upgrade to the new app it will no longer allow me to log in I continuously get a incorrect password error message even though I have purposefully reset the password simply to ensure that I am typing in the correct one Not sure what is going on but there is some kind of glitch in the app and essentially they have made the app unusable I would definitely love it if they would fix this as we used to use the app regularly     Cant log in

Great Service and Love the Connivence of shopping from home The times I ordered the drivers were on time and asked where I wanted the items placed The only problem I see is that if an order is made and items are not in stock a substitute should not be made without consent There is a reason why people makes a selection over another product              Love It

Its one thing to change the rules and the drivers no longer pick up the totes when they drop off Maybe that was a logistics issue you guys couldnt solve but make it easy before you passively announce in email youre charging fees Give us the ability to schedule a tote pickup in the app The link to your website in the email requires another login and directs you back to the app where guess what you cannot schedule a tote pickup If you agree when you set this up in the app please pre populate the number of totes after all you know how many I have Thanks           Add Tote Pickup to the app ASAP

The app is very easy to use This definitely makes grocery shopping a breeze Once youve set up your account just select the items you want and follow the instructions from then on I wish I had started using this app years ago Especially good for large grocery orders                 Great app

While the Peapod service is decent this app looks like the product of a firsttime developer Its about as far from a modern useable iOS app as you can get Lets hope Peapod offers an API soon so someone with actual talent can develop a decent app that will be maintained and updated     Horrible App
