Subscribing to this magazine makes me long for the days of printed page Every time I start the app it asks if I want to restore my purchases Once I get past all that and start reading navigation is not to bad until I decide to exit It follows no conventions to bring up a logical place to close the issue and perhaps read a different issue by returning to the library Basically the only obvious way out to another issue is to force close the app and restart it For as much IT savvy as they purport to have available they have managed to completely ignore designing an intuitive interface     Hard to imagine a worse platform for this magazine Rwcinci

I upgraded my Iphone and my subscription would not restore I contacted Apple who said they had no control or ability to fix my issue and suggested that I contact PC magazine subscription support directly to resolve my issue Well after over two weeks and 3 emails asking them if they could resolve my issue sending them iTunes Id as well as a screen shot of my subscription page proving that I had a valid and current subscription I just gave up You would think that a tech magazine would be better equipped to handle these types of issues Sad but needless too say I won t be renewing for another year Just a heads up to my fellow techies     Worst customer service ever 0v3rdr1v3

Why did I pay these people 4 dollars for content the app can t load How is it this was even allowed on to the App Store in the first place if it doesn t work I m using iOS 11 on the newest iPad from 2017 Garbage     Just spins forever without loading the magazine that I paid for lilunof11

I would recommend not downloading this buggy app and not subscribing to PC Magazine I subscribed because I wanted to support the great tech journalism they do But it was a mistake to do so and if you haven t committed yet I suggest you rethink it The irony of PC Magazine s app being terrible is amazing And the entire support staff seems to have been laid off because I have just sent the third request for assistance over the past two weeks and have yet to receive a response on any of them I have had multiple issues with my password suddenly being unrecognized and my account access not being valid but I complained loudly and often enough that these problems were eventually resolved Now I have a new problem but when I ask for help nobody s home I subscribe but am unable to read the December issue It shows up on the Issues tab with the option to buy or to subscribe It does not show up on the Library tab at all though all the previous issues do I cannot restore purchases because I receive an error message saying there is nothing to restore I am logged in I have tried logging out and back in again but the situation remains the same My subscription doesn t expire for 7 more months I wish it expired now     Troublesome App MelRaff

The app is just not working very well on my iPad The magazines appear to fully download for reading The cover for the month appears but the pages with the articles are blank The app worked for the first few issues The last two months have been awful Intend to cancel my subscription I tried logging off and on without success I also uninstalled the app and reinstalled without success Got an email offering assistance I replied and did not hear back I do not think the owners of this product are committed to it     On my iPad just not working out barrabas

One of the worst apps I have used Loads each page slowly or not at all keeps asking to restore purchases interface is not very user friendly         Very user unfriendly app mbasith

Zinio is aggravating You need one version to read and another version to print pages Even then you can only print 2 pages at a time One should be able to print under either version and be able to print all the pages of an article Navigation is awkward and difficult The whole experience is just hard work instead of the pleasant experience it should be I also subscribe to PC World digital magazine on Zinio but I note they are in the process of creating their own reading app     PC Mag great Zinio not user friendly Mt 1229

The old version via Zinio was way better This is visually boring Even if the content is good the interface is so dull that I don t want to bother reading I read the print edition for many years great magazine Then I read the Zinio version I liked it even more than the print edition Now this new version I have canceled my subscription                     Boring interface Wood John

Why would you have come out with a far more difficult to use very low tech digital subscription iPad app Your iPad app is really awful It s readability is awful compared to the rich experience of the previous version 2013 16 But I ve accepted that because I have no choice and I ve been a subscriber from the mid 1980s The bigger problem is that I can t download issues Over and over I ve restored purchases I have a subscription via iTunes It renews again next February Currently it won t allow me to download the June issue without paying 3 99 Maybe even worse is that your customer support never responds to me I understand you are challenged with publishing a magazine in this era and making a profit But I d think you would want to retain the subscribers you have If I can t get this resolved I m sorry but I need to cancel So why did you get rid of the old app     Terrible upgrade let.me.in.the.sound
