I have had no issues with depositing checks online which other banks charge you to do it online A friend referred me to this bank and I haven t used my other accounts near as much due to inconveniences that PBI doesn t have However my mom logged into her account once from my phone and now my Touch ID will not work Makes me sign in every time Couldn t get the feature to enable via preferences I had to delete the app and re download                 Great app The_Dimond_Jack

Do not use the deposit check feature unless you want to wait 3 4 days if not more to receive your money If you decide to cash the same check elsewhere they will still cash your check through the app then charge you for their own systems inability to deposit your check in a timely fashion I will be closing this account as soon as I get my money     Deposit check feature Akpinsonmp

This app crashes often it says my username and password is incorrect frequently and has errors opening up constantly This app is more appealing to the eye but doesn t work as effectively as the app before this one Not pleased at all         Not that great Windowlooker
