Whenever I open this app itll stay open for like 5 seconds and then crash Every time     Crashes

This app is horribly designed It is unbrowsable unusable and utter crap Payless has lost a lot of business from me because I shop from my phone most of the time and their app is so broken     Pathetic waste of space

I dont understand all the bad reviews This app works fine on my iPhone 4s                 Works fine

I love Payless and have for many many years In store online and now in the app I dont have a complaint with the app though If while scanning through the gorgeous shoe and accessory choices you select one to look at more closely but then decide after that closer look its just not for you and select the arrow to go back and look at more general selections that takes you all the way back to the beginning It forces me to waste a time going back and then scanning forward again to get back to where I was Its very irritating And there are times I shop with a competitor just to avoid the aggravation As far as Payless products in my 30 or so years as a customer Ive never been disappointed              Navigating between products

I wanted to look at shoes so I can buy A LOT of shoes there but its not working Im not gonna go to the store to see if I want shoes from there instead I wanted to look online so I no what shoes to get now I cant please fix the problem           not working

This app was great before the updates now when I go to open the Payless app it shoes the ad screen and then crashes right away every time I have made many attempts     Please Fix App Crashes

I have a really hard time refining my searches Also after I touch the screen to select something its like it stalls for a second and doesnt take my next command So then Im tapping on things that Im not actually trying to tap Altogether this is definitely not the smoothest app Ive ever used        Payless App

The person that is getting this app to work must have an old version that was never updated because i just downloaded it and its opening and closing just like the other reviewers said Definitely not even worth one star Nice concept though     Bad app

Cant get coupons Tells me to optin but for the life of me cant figure out where When I mentioned the app in their store employees didnt know there was an app Deleting     Doesnt work

No way to login to profile or rewards Back button doesnt work App is crap Something bigger is going on with Payless in general my whole profile disappeared from their database Not good They need to get their issues resolved     Better off just going to a store

Im a member and frequent shopper here I thought the app would make my life easier I was mistaken The app I downloaded did not have Look Book Designers or My Profile tabs and overall the interface and usability of the app as a whole was horrible no excuses Needs a crucial update or to be taken down Extremely disappointed     Fix the AppExtremely Disappointed

There is no option for look book I cant update my profile I cant get any coupons need a updated version soon     Need to be updated

This application is horrible as others have stated there is no back button and there is no profile to gain coupons attached to account Looking through the shoes is a hassle because the formatting is not conducive to the mobile view Fix it up     Horrible app

I got the app to be able to manage Payless coupons digitally since they do not accept retail me not coupons This was a mistake It says that no coupons could be found because I hadnt updated my profile STILL cant figure out how to change my profile as there isnt a link for that option Please make the app more user friendly because right now its useless     Useless

This feature used to work on my iPhone 4 but not anymore after I upgrade to iPhone 6 Below the line that asks me to select a coupon item the screen is actually blank The malfunction is still there even after I delete and redownload the app     My Coupon Feature Not Working

This app is awful It opens on a page with categories mens womens girls and boys shoes You can tap away all day but nothing happens If you use the search feature as you type your search term in itll say there are 54 item matches but when you hit enter there is absolutely nothing shown I am yet to look at a pair of shoes on this app The mobile website has the exact same issues     Never got to look at shoes

All of these onestarred reviews with the same complaint of instant crashing are outdated I use this app regularly and it has never crashed on me upon launching nor when Im browsing it for more than 10 minutes at a time If the former users would try the app again they would be satisfied with the performance                 Whatever bug FIXED

I installed app since I am a member of Payless Shoe what ever sale thing I get a message saying login to opt in for coupons Search and tapped and did everything Came to reviews to find out login does not exist No point to the app     Doesnt work

super clunky interface needs revamping also needs the ability to put Rewards card on digitally for Passbook and check the points one has accrued        needs much improvement

I really love dis app but i cant seem to find the US Virgin Islands for states and its not right because we have payless shoe store down here also But other than dat I love the coupons that it offers Please add the US Virgin Islands to your states thank you And please fix the crashes I cant seem to open the app without it crashing on me in seconds     Missing the US Virgin Islands

Id never had a problem with the app crashing until this new update I absolutely love using the Payless app so this needs to be fixed There is also no option to sign into your account unless you click desktop view I may as well use Safari to view it     Never had a problem until now
