No really I hate it but what I hate even more is how bad the mobile version is on my iPhone 6 plus It takes forever to sync a password from my computer to my phone I have fast internet so it is not an issue the entire app has not yet been updated for the 55 inch screen where the whole interface is still jumbo sized which is crap because being a developer I know that it is not hard to do and its just carelessness on the teams part And to make it even more user friendly every time I restart my phone and open up the app it will prompt Touch ID but then it will freeze because it wants me to put in my password but doesnt prompt it I have to close the app reopen it and then hit use password and then put in my password This app for me doesnt even deserve one star If they fix all these issues I will reconsider These updates have not yet been implemented as of 42515 I hate writing reviews
Update from my first review in April I downgraded from 2 stars to one star because it STILL gets stuck on decrypting on my iPhone Just give up and dont even bother with this mess This works great on my pc but is mostly useless on my iPhone Takes a long time to sync if it even opens at all then when I actually am able to use my Touch ID to open the app it will freeze for about a minute and then the wheel of madness begins so it at least LOOKS like its doing something You think maybe Ill give it just a few more seconds but then no still spinning I mean really this app has gone downhill since Ive been using it Whats up with that UGH
Once u try it Im sure youll not stop doing it and your important data youll store them on it Really secure and amazing
I used to really like this app until it stopped working and now I cant get my passwords I gave it 2 stars in hopes it will get fixed soon and I can get my frickin passwords App just stopped working
Pros gets my passwords organized in one place Cons slow Much slower than opening an actual strongbox Gets my passwords organized too slow
Major glitches The app crashes a lot and sometimes wont even open It used to be great I had rated 5 stars Now it is useless Even worse the developers are clearly aware of the issues because of all the negative reviews yet they have done nothing to fix it Was Amazing
I downloaded this recently The chrome extension works on my laptop and the app works on my kindle yet the iPhone app doesnt work That makes no sense Please fix this issue of not having the mobile version of the app working properly Why doesnt the mobile part work
Ok So when I first downloaded it it worked fine Everytime I needed to check my password to something But I dont know WHAT happened but now when I even tap on the application it takes ABSOLUTELY FOREVER to even load I almost had a panic attack one day because I needed a password to one of my major accounts right than and there But it JUST WOULDNT load So what did I do I deleted the app and reinstalled I shouldnt have to do that every time I want to check a password to an account Please fix I am willing to rewrite review to positive once I see there were fixes Takes FOREVER
I dont know what all the complaints are about I had a problem with this app for all of 2 minutes and I deleted and reinstalled FIXED I use this app on OS X iOS multiple devices and versions and multiple devices browsers and versions of windows All you complainers that cant figure out that you may need to reinstall an app from time to time Your stupidity is not ANY developers problem Keep up the excellent work PasswordBox team I love your app depend on it and recommend it to everyone Adam Zalewski User Error

So the app hasnt been updated in over 6months Many features have been broken srince October 2014 Im pretty sure the development team abandoned this software So glad I didnt pay for this Also how about being able to VIEW the passwords without being able to EDIT the content as many people are frequently accidentally changing the fieldscome on get with the program and do some coding Download 1Password if you want a fully functioning app with support that works Disappointed in you PasswordBox Sadly fail Whats going on here
I got the decrypting message and it never loads the passwords I deleted the app and reinstalled Then everything worked for a while It did it again This time i didnt delete the app I didnt use my finger print I cancelled it and entered the master password manually Then it loaded perfectly I closed and reopened the app and used my fingerprint It works perfectly now I think there is a bug with the fingerprint functionality It used to be amazing Bug with fingerprint logon

UPDATE Since my last reset I have had no further problems with losing data To be on the safe side however I am backing up every password in a second app for now The first time I signed up and the app would not accept my Master Password I thought maybe I had made a mistake so I contacted tech support and after a needlessly drawn out process spanning more than a week they deleted my account I did not want a repeat the second time around so I was very very careful when assigning my master password in order to ensure that there would be no mistakes this time Guess what the app is now refusing my password yet again and I have lost everything Luckily PasswordBox was just an experiment my real password store is in another much better app that I have been using for years Im finished with this dog Enough of this crap
Garbage software now Takes forever to login on iOS Useless
Every time I log in to Password Box it asks me to rate it and write a review I have already done this I press not at this time or remind me later just to make the notification go away but it keeps popping up I have the paid version of PWB too Now its freezing and wont let me access the app I will download another password saving app Freezes Always asks for review

This app used to be great But now the Touch ID rarely works to access the app Really slow DEV process and very disappointed Touch ID is a mess

When I first got Password Box it was great I loved the ease of the iPhone app and the desktop app Then for some reason the iPhone app just stopped working I couldnt get past the decrypting page which was annoying I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it seems to be working fine now but I have seen a lot of people having this issue so maybe its time for an update Last update was in January When its working I rally love the app It used to be awesome
The app has been hanging at the loadingdecrypting screen for months now I cant access my passwords and I can access my important account numbers when I need them most I have to inconveniently delete the app and reinstall it to get it working again This is really tiresome and Im about to ditch PasswordBox if they dont shape up Do the Devs even care anymore
I use PB on my ipads laptops and workstations MY MOST FAVORITE APP PB enables me to have different extremely complicated passwords randomly generated using upper case lower case figures and numbers for passwords on every site I use If one is compromised all the others are still secure Easy to set up and use This is a great App Ive tested many This is the one I chose to use THIS IS WHAT A PASSWORD MANAGER SHOULD BE

As others have said just spins and spins on decrypting and forces you to uninstall and re download to fix The browser plugin good for your computer but this app is terribly unstable 2 stars because its easy to use when its working between redownloads Awful iOS app great browser plugin

Ive tried several password solutions and this is one of the better free applications available The only thing I would add is the ability to print a master password list to be stored in a safety deposit box Nice application
When I got this app a year ago it was great and I gave it 5 stars However i downgraded from those 5 stars to one star I tried logging in and it says sign in failed an error has occurred try again I know Im typing the correct email password Hopefully this gets fixed because I had very important stuff saved onto this app And Im sure others have as well

The last time I rated this app I gave it five stars Its been going downhill ever since The last update I avoided installing for several months because of the negative reviews and I wasnt having any problems with the app at all Then I accidentally tapped the update and Ive regretted it every day sense then I used to be able to choose from previously used email addresses and user IDs when creating a new password link but not anymore That was actually one of the best new features developed in a while But one day and its gone To be replaced by incessant requests for reviews I took off a star just for that alone Each and every time I opened up the app I received a new request even though I had already written a review a very positive one in fact It used to be my favorite app
