I love the price and convenience of memorizing when I have a few minutes here and there I could not go above 3 stars at this time because there are too many bugs and the answers are too long I would rather have 2 000 flash cards that are short rapid fire than paragraphs of answers Regarding the bugs if you add a note to a flash card it either moves or disappears Sometimes when I swipe to the next flash card it skips a card When the iPad rotates it loses where you were and puts you back on the first card this is a real pain when I alternate between flash cards and playing with my kids Overall I have no regrets and I would purchase this again             Worth it but buggy and too wordy Sasha1234567a

I created new flash cards but can t seem to save it What happened         Can t save the customized cards Sofie bedy

This app is convenient as long as you understand it is not comprehensive 1 there are only 510 flash cards with most of them being concepts That means MANY formulas in the material are not covered here For example the Forward Premium and some of the Parities Econ flash cards have a concept but no formula For bond conversions there are 7 formulas in the readings The flash cards provide 5 2 Great for on the go but because it only covers a portion of the material you will have to use other personal notes or actual flash cards to supplement There is a custom flash card option but pretty worthless when you have to write out a formula like Black Scholes with powers Greek symbols etc 3 You can star flash cards as favorites or flag them but would be cool if every flash card you could mark with you know them don t know them or need to review some more So if you kind of know a concept be able to star it differently from a concept you don t know at all Essentially the electronic version of making 3 piles 4 Also you have to decide whether you want to view the cards at random or in chronological order at the settings level on your phone This should be an option in the app It s pretty inconvenient to change the setting every time you want to change your view from chronological to random 4 Overall for 20 it is extremely disappointing that this app doesn t cover every singe formula You will fail if you rely solely on these flash cards because only 80 of material is covered Great concept but they have a long way to go for the price they re charging             Doesn t cover all material lavmystq

I was really reluctant to spend 20 on an iPhone app but I am glad I did The flashcards can be accessed by topic and all you need to do is to tap on the question to view the answer You can even create your own These are so much better than my own flashcards and much less expensive than the Schweser ones When will the 2012 upgrade be available                     Excellent flashcards for much less than Schweser Working mom in NY

UPDATE I passed the level 2 test Thank youuuuu The flash cards are good and comprehensive I used the level 1 cards am passed L1 on first try The 1 star down mark is because the in app GUI is lacks retina graphics an oversight on the developer s part Update this and the app deserves 5 stars Edit I changed my score to five stars b c the dev updated the icon to retina graphics It shows that the developers are paying attention to users Just as a heads up the in app GUI still needs high res skins like the i button Back button and cog button                     Good cards active development Ryaaaan

Update as i have gone through the level 2 material this app is really out of date This is a really good app however some of the formulas are not clearly written I also wonder how much it will help with level 2 given the test format differs from level 1 It d be great if they had questions which were put into the lvl 2 format I d probably pay an extra 20 for that         Great App but Could be better Take2355

Pretty decent study aid but I can t find the cards for first section of the Financial statement section which is Inventories LIFO FIFO and all that good stuff The app has a list of all the LOS s but there no cards for these Los s Very strange No cards means no info on the topic FYI                 Nice CFA L2 app but LOS 5 missing JamesMacDonald

nice flashcard app that covers the entire curriculum and breaks down the material by LOS Useful for quick reviews of the study sessions Only things I don t like are that you can t flip thru the cards and that there is no setting to automatically show the answer I m not big on using flashcards to quiz myself except for formulas and it would be nice to just have the answer show up automatically Price was 19 99 so not too expensive Other suggestion have formula flashcards for each SS                 Nice but could be improved Big rales

Pass the CFA Level 1 was instrumental to me passing Level 1 and alas the gods have blessed us with Pass the CFA Level 2 So far it is just as thorough and helpful as the first and am absolutely happy i invested the 20 Good work                     Bravo leo e fstathiou

Studying for the CFA 1 has put a major dent into my time outside of work This app is really helpful for memorizing concepts terms and formulas I still need to spend a lot of time studying and practicing problems but when I do have the time to sit down and study I can concentrate on going through problems instead of memorizing material I would say this app is an essential study supplement                     Helpful Tool Cordova2
