Have had the app for over a year Now can not access the app Says it can not get internet connection when I am on my home wifi Wanted to update my profile and wish list for the holidays and use it for Black Friday shopping but it was useless So you guys lost sales since I could not use the app Bad marketing Fix the bug     Can not access app

My wish list wont open nor my jewelry list I went into a Pandora store a few weeks ago and couldnt access my wish list     Wish list

I love this app but cant log in It has never been a problem before Please update          

After working for awhile this app logged me out Wish List and My Jewelry empty Deleting and redownloading doesnt fix A company the size of Pandora should be able to hire one of the best app builders available and create a really classy app that works     Please Fix

If this app worked it would be great I deleted it and redownloaded it after it would not save my wish list and my jewelry in the Club I now cannot log into the Club even though Im already a member     Would be great if it worked

There should be a search bar to type what your looking for Theres no reason to look through hundreds of items to find what they need You should be able to search by category like clips charms Disneynfl ect Extremely Disappointed        App needs work

The search option is stupid You should be able to type in what you want to search for not just choose the type of metal Thats dumb If I loose my list of favorites and list of what I already have again Im just going to delete it     Need a better search option

I was excited to see that Pandora had an app since Im such a huge fan But its pretty clear that the quality of their app is not the same as their jewelry The searching is horrible which kills the usability of the app because it basically just a gigantic catalog You cant search by keywords such as stars or hearts for the various different charms which is clearly their biggest seller Instead the charms collection is all basically in one giant bucket and theres over 1000 of them So youre forced to scroll through hundreds of charms every time youre looking for something The wish list feature is really neat as well as the my jewelry feature thats why I gave it 2 stars instead of just 1 They definitely push updates to the Kellogg to the app which is good And it appears they mark the new items with the new banner in the corner        Could be great but isnt

Its funny how everyone has different issues with the same app I can log on just fine and see my wish list as well as my already have list I hate that I cannot search by theme or name of a charm Very annoying since I love Pandora and buy from them often Please fix this app Pandora     I love PANDORA but this app is for the birds

Tried to create a wish list in the app by transferring my wifes choices in the catalog to the app so I would have it with me There is no way to simply search for pieces in the app The limited choices in the search function yield a result of hundreds of pieces to scroll through In addition no piece names are provided until selecting a charm to look closer at it A far better way of searching needs to be developed possibly by charm name if you know what you are looking for and names should be provided on the images if looking at the larger thumbnails Additionally the paper catalog provides numerous themes and collections none of which are replicated in the search options of the app This app is a nightmare to use and is essentially a waste of time A better solution of an app should be developed     Poor design

This app is really smooth However it is missing something simple you cant search for anything I should be able to search for Disney for example and see all the Disney charms           Search option

I LOVE the app itself but I just dont like how I can view my wish list I was looking forward to buying something off it but couldnt since I cant see it Please have a bug fix so I can purchase I am also part of the pandora club A Loyal Customer              Wish List

The charms need to be filtered by categories I would much rather drive to Pandora pick up a catalog instead of looking through the app     Unorganized

I cant even get into the app because it wants me to select a country but there are none to choose from and you cant click on anything to skip either     Um

When I saw there was a Pandora app I was extremely excited since there was a ring I wanted to show my mother but wouldnt show up in Google After I downloaded the app I was completely disappointed You cant buy anything off the app so it would be really nice if they would add that next time they update it Then when I tried to sign up to be a part of the pandora club it brought up a page that was completely dysfunctional Every time I tried to hit confirm it would just simply highlight the word and do absolutely nothing Another is that they really need a better search bar When trying to search for something they give very few options to choose from and you find yourself looking through hundreds of pieces of jewelry trying to find the one you want One last thing is that you cant seem the name of any piece of jewelry until you click on the actual picture This is a bit of a pain Until this is updated to meet at least some of these expectations I dont recommend this app     Not a fan

I used to love the wish list and my jewelry features but like others have said please fix because its one of the best app features     Frustrating to say the least

I have a hard time with this app I will probably delete it if there is no update soon It is extremely hard to search for anythingyou cant word search The charms and jewelry is all mixed up and hard to browse as well Its hard to find whats new Theres really no point to the app except to track what youve bought or wantbut thats difficult to do     Difficult to search

My hopes were dashed after downloading and renown loading the app after deleting it When asked to join the Pandora club and I select already a member it should allow me to log into the club Unfortunately that selection yields me a lightly purple colored screen with no function or purpose When attempting to use the store locator the only options are always use location services or never use location services There needs to be an option for you to use location services when using the app I have no desire for Pandora to always know my location and to use up my phone data knowing it Especially if I am not looking for them Am sure Pandora can pay one of the app developers from one of the better performing retail apps to spend a few hours getting this one up to par Will be checking back time to time to see if anything changes If no changes are made that will show how useful and valued their customers are to them     Was hoping all the complaints were addressed

Thought Id try this app for a second time after once deleting it previously I was trying to access my wish list on the app when I was at the store It wouldnt acknowledge my info so requested to reset password by email Never received an email Deleting this app for the second time     Terrible app

This app might be good of the Wishlist function worked Any time I flag items for my Wishlist they dont save for future reference The search capabilities are very clunky too and not very user friendly     Wishlist doesnt work

Really disappointed after I created My jewelry and my Wish lists which took time because of no search bar once I closed the app it deleted both lists I gave it another try thinking it was something I did but nope its the poorly designed app Really I love my pandora jewelry but this app needs to be updated     Dissapointed

After MONTHS of waiting and watching for an updateand HOPING for one Im deleting this DISASTER of an app It made my husbands Xmas shopping for me a nightmare because he also had it on HIS phonegot to the store and my wish list was empty So was the my jewelry section Sohe couldnt access what I HAD or what I WANTED This app is a joke     Disaster

Every time I try to log on to my pandora club it goes to a plain white screen If I click to go anywhere else on the app it works fine except that one flaw If that would be fixed its a great app              Love the app but it needs to be fixed

I agree with the criticism of other users The app is not user friendly and the limitations of its search functionality make the app nearly useless But there is hope Now that Pandora has rolled out a new online store I can only pray that a new and USEFUL app will follow     It really IS awfulcurrently

This app is a complete waste of time There is no way to practically search for specific charms and you cannot buy charms off of the app To create a wish list or save specific charms you have to create an account that gives out all of your information I wouldnt waste the space on your phone by downloading this app     If only

THIS APP IS HORRIBLE The my wish list and my jewelry dont save items that are put in there When you go back into the app the items you entered previously are gone I have asked Pandora about this several times but no one gets back to me Poor poor customer service for what they charge for their charms     Pandora app

Do not waste your time downloading this Id give it zero stars if I could I never write app reviews but I feel compelled to do so for this one For a large worldwide company like Pandora this app is embarrassingly bad Search function is really horrible as other reviewers have noted I used to be able to view my wishlist here but I cannot even access it anymore It just comes up empty The whole app is completely useless disappointment I am deleting it This could be such a great app if they took the suggestions from these reviews and gave it a complete overhaul     One of the worst apps Ive ever used

When you wanted to see the new charms they would be flagged and shown first Now mine doesnt show any newer beads even after update to catalog     Used to show newest first
