This is the best bocce ball game in the App Store though that s not saying much because the competition is awful The controls work well the minimalist design enhances the experience and the colors and sound complement it nicely The main problem with the game is that it s ridiculously difficult There are no levels There s only one difficulty and the computer basically makes perfect shot after perfect shot Doesn t matter how difficult she ll do it Don t get me wrong I like a challenge but I don t like being discouraged Progress for me in this game has been playing defense essentially playing to not let the computer make points because she ll definitely won t let you score Make some different levels             Steep learning curve RJFO

This has 4 star potential but the current release crashes both my iPad Air last year s model and retina Mini requiring two hard resets before the iPad is functional again This happens when you don t exit out of the app before closing the cover of an iPad and then try to play the app again It is so bad that I have deleted the app from all my iOS devices If this horrible bug is fixed in an update I will revise my rating and review to the following For anyone who enjoys bocce style games this is a blast Simple but elegant graphics great physics with skill and strategy challenges However it is extremely hard to win a 5 game match against the solo AI I hope the developer will provide varying AI levels that occasionally make mistakes             WARNING Crashes iPad Air and iPad Mini Grist
