I ve been studying french for years and I use this dictionary as well as the french only le robert mobile No other offline english french dictionary app matches the entries and depth of this one Well worth the money if you want an extensive dictionary with lots of examples and phrases that DOES NOT need internet access                     Best french english dictionary JMO30

This is a great app but it is constantly asking to be rated And five stars A highly irritating feature One would understand had it been a free download However it s not free                 Keeps asking for ratings About to Unsubscribe

I have used this app and similar ones from the same dictionary for years It helps a lot to have a good dictionary in ones pocket Searching is pretty straightforward and the translations are not exhaustive but do the trick 95 of the time I greatly appreciate that it works off line Reason not to give 5 stars is mostly because it could be more exhaustive                 Always at hand to help translate rtpdakar

If you input an English word to understand a French term the audio is in English which should be in French the language I m trying to learn an vise versa I don t get the point otherwise Way too much money to NOT consider the user     Not User Friendly bnks55

It is the first place to look for a definition but has some big flaws the definitions use British expressions that are not part of American English if a French word is almost like an English word it uses the almost identical word and there are not enough compounds or expressions For this last problem I often go to Reverso                 Too much British English not enough expressions Beavisrules

I have had this app for years Lately it will not let me look up a word unless I go through a screen that lets me either give the app 5 stars or rate later I tried to go through app support but the process is unbelievably complicated I am totally fed up It is now November 26 and all three dictionaries are still blocking my looking up a word by this screen that tries to force me to rate this app 5 stars This app does not have a working link to the app of the developer website and a generic inquiry requires inputting all sorts of personal information It was an expensive app when I bought it and I am now launching a formal complaint with the App Store     Obnoxious app Pamgerm

I love this dictionary It makes it so much easier to learn French The phrases are super helpful for understanding context By bookmarking words and categorizing them I can easily review them later And now they ve added pronunciation I just wish there was a way to highlight certain phrases and particular definitions and save only those and then be able to bulk export the bookmarks Maybe with the next version Seriously how did people learn new languages before technology                     Great app mathsuu

This is a great French English dictionary It s very thorough with multiple translations for each word depending on context and example sentences I ve found this app very useful for reading and understanding French and even just for killing time by exploring because there s so much content There s also a word of the day feature                     Great dictionary Dhi3

Poor design If you want to access conjugations it takes you to a word list image with tiny print If you try to zoom pan in it you page back to the definition Horrible pretty useless app for anything more than the most basic dictionary for way too much money         Poor design Deathrockabilly

Moins 3 toiles for no audio pronunciation the desktop version has it why not the app I hope they add audio in the future updates I had to download an app called translate for me to hear the pronunciation of the word This makes it an incomplete app I wish the future update will include the audio Also when you tap on a conjugated form of the verb within another word definition it does not recognize it unless you manually type in their infinitive form in the search bar to find it and you don t always know what their infinitive form is so you have to sometimes search outside the app to know its infinitive form I wish each verb had a list of its conjugations Also it does not include thesaurus so you don t always know the synonyms nor the antonyms         No audio Seven59889
