I was at a restaurant that I normally enjoy going to and got upset by the poor service I sent my feedback and immediately got assisted Some owners do listen Its constructive feedback as opposed to just dissing a place I ultimately could have enjoyed If you want good service get this

We received an email through this service I look at it as spam We already provide many ways for customers to provide feedback Last thing we need is another lame yelplike site If people are too stupid to send an email pick up the phone or hit our website Im not really interested in their feedback Why do people think their feedback goes anywhere

I sent a message to a bagel place and the owner brought back my favorite spread Cool Also this version is faster finally Awesome app

Every small business owners dream to get genuine feedback from the patrons so that they can improve App is executed very well and clean A future suggestion could be to add a rating like tomatometer so that its valuable to consumers as well and businesses can keep improving on that scale Great concept

This app charges business who want to receive feedback If a business does not subscribe and pay the fee guess what they dont receive our feedback we take time to write What a scam Check out the developers website listed in the app Near the bottom At the web page click the at the top on the right click on home button it will bring up a new page this is where u will see it Charging 19 a month for a business to see a review we write someone is looking to make an easy profit I sent out reviews and never got a response now I know why This is a scam do not download

I think this is a great CONCEPT but I have gotten a response from only one business ever Whole Foods Palo Alto from an Owner Listens message I send compliments too not only complaints A few of my comments were answered with a message confirming receipt from Owner Listens but no response from the business Many of my comments seem to have gone completely unnoticed So why bother Nice idea but

I really like the concept behind this app It just makes sense for everyone both businesses and as a consumer I used it at a bar when I had a bad experience and the ppl behind the app tracked the owner down and he sent me a gift certificate Other times I just get an apology but still fun and worth it Bottom line good to have and easy to use App enthusiast
