I recently found out about this app and I found a great deal for a hotel I had entered certain days and when it completed transaction it gave it to me for some other days when I called customer services the man had the nerve to yell at me over the phone he couldnt even help me he was saying to send an email but I dont have time for that so I asked to speak to a manager or someone higher he said no in a loud tone I told him what do you mean no and he yelled at me so manager we are in Europe we are in night shift right now call back in the morning maybe someone will help you but I dont think they will so I told him I was going to just call my bank to cancel transaction he yelled at me some more so I hun g up the phone Im sorry but horrible customer service I would never yell at a customer not even over the phone I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPP BE CAREFUL WORST APP EVER
