I ve been playing this game since it was made available on Android With each new phone Osmos was one of the first games I made sure to download It s always relaxing enjoyable and the music is amazing I am happy to pay for it again on my first iOS device Classic Hall of Famer marcphive

The levels became more challenging but I still feel relaxed with this game Very enjoyable for waiting rooms and public transportation Enjoyable and relaxing but challenging Hoosier Jim

Okay real outer space space is still BIG That hasn t changed one whit except for this delightfully ingenious puzzle game that pits you Brave little mote against the hulking goliaths looking to consume you Your prey enemies are easy to distinguish those blue bubbles are FOOD the Satan s eye red ones will devour YOU The only thing you have going for you is that you re most probably sentient The most difficult levels are in the adversarial Sentient where a rudimentary AI tries to make you lunch but NOT the way Mom brings you them Hot Pockets when you do real gaming You propel your way through the levels by ejecting various amounts of your own body by tapping the opposite direction you wish to proceed the Newtonian physics mainly hold though they ve tweaked the inverse square law a bit in the Epicycles levels and or course nothing is to scale But for a fun Zen game look no further Oh you can slow time to a crawl handy on the Nematode levels or flick the slider to make the game years fly NERD ALERT This would be a good learner game for grandad when yinz give him an iPad for Xmas And SELL him the game as a game NOT as a way to get him from calling you for a ride to go to the mall because since grandma died all he really has are the three other guys he hangs out with Chester seems okay but Emmet is a disaster what with him smoking roll your owns while juggling that damned LiQO2 tank The other other one you can never remember his name but you know he s the one who s a bit higher on the Kinsey scale than you wanna know And the music s a plus too very MELLOW Sorry Douglas Adams fans Space is SMALL Rainbeaupgh

Extremely entertaining with a great physics system Also in the latest update multiplayer is fixed Before the odds of connecting to another player were slim to none due to few players Now you can play single player mode while waiting for a multiplayer match increasing the chances you won t get bored waiting for a match Multiply this by everybody and there are more players playing so you can actually play multiplayer matches now Must have game Free Information

I got this game when it first came out and was just mesmerized I still play it frequently and although I feel like I m ridiculously good at it solo when I use multiplayer and play random people I get blown away sometimes All in all it s a very well done game Amazing Skatan18

I was trying to be helpful and report a simple bug but I don t have time to do the email the developer just to register on the forum thing have y all ever heard of Captcha It s this new thing that the kids are doing Anyway love the game but wanted to let you know that there s a bug where some of the other motes randomly disappear from the screen just poof gone and when that happens it makes it impossible to win the level Obviously very frustrating Please fix Thanks Don t have time to register on the forum to report a simple bug momenttheory

I have been playing this game for almost a month now At first I didnt really perceive how short the game was I finished the Odyssey in about one week and then mastered three arcade levels I have played several multiplayer games However most of the time I go on multiplayer I am unable to find someone to compete withI would like more people to download this game They would not be disappointed with the three modes There is nothing else like this game and if you are new with the iPad this game would help you learn the simple gestures as they are used throughout the game Great game want more

Challenging and absorbing Osmos

I was expecting something else You have to tap behind yourself to be propelled I thought you could drag or at least tap where you wanted to go and your floaty would try to come to you but this is not the case I also would hope for an endless version Fine

This game is awesome Ive had it since early 2011 and its still my favorite iPad game Its simple challenging and actually educational without you even realizing it The game incorporates Newtons laws of motion into its mechanics system If you dont know Newtons laws of motion or if you only have a passing knowledge of them this game gives you a really good feel for them After playing for a while Newtons laws become intuitive to you and thats really helpful if you plan on taking an introductory physics course or if youre just interested in physics The graphics are crisp and clean and the controls are easy and intuitive The Odyssey is really fun but its too short The arcade levels are really challenging with a variety of different stages and obstacles The multiplayer is fun but its always hard to find an opponent More people should play this game Suggestions I would love to see new textureskincostume packs added Like changing the color of your mote or making it look like a pumpkin or something Or making the enemy motes in multiplayerSentient Mode appear as little goblins Or have a costume where your mote looks like the Death Star or a round robot You know interesting stuff like that just to switch it up It would also be cool to have a new stage in Odyssey and Arcade where there are infected motes and you have to navigate around them because absorbing one causes you to continuously shrink and then there are vaccinated motes that you have to absorb to stop shrinking And it would be cool to have a stage where there are evil robot motes that try to terminate you and you have to destroy them by causing them to collide with antimatter Or a stage similar to the orbital attractor stages but with a black hole instead and it has attractors and repulsers orbiting it and you have to navigate through them to become the biggest mote This game has so much potential beyond its current amazingness It would be awesome to see it realized more so that it can become more popular Great job developers Really Fun and Subtly Educational

I love this game Its very peaceful slowpaced and calming It even follows Newtons 3rd law of motion for every action there is an equal and opposing action To move you need to send out mass thats realistic And also other physics apply the closer an object is to a star the faster it must move Amazing game Very calming

I read the reviews saying how relaxing this game is so I paid FIVE DOLLARS for it The first few levels are fun and relaxing They deserve a five star The later levels however are exceedingly difficult being more frustrating than challenging Unfortunately FOR ME the later levels have left a bad taste in my mouth and ruined an otherwise enjoyable game The music is nice but cant be heard in the late game due to screams of frustration Relaxing Noooo

Osmos has a story mode that is not that long but with arcade combined it takes a long time to completly finish this gamei think they should add more types of modes or motes not sure how it was spelledthings they should add is dust to block vision and dark matter that only appears when your close Awesome game

Terrific game All levels were completed in a short period of time Osmos is still on my iPad and I play occasionally We need new levels and challenges High levels

Blob eats smaller blob Repeat until big Sounds simple right Heres the catch To move you need to throw part of yourself behind Yes your blobs move like spaceships the real kind For every action etc etc in later scenarios your blob orbits a Sun and you get to experience the perversity of orbital mechanics firsthand without any math Space travel is all about mass and time Patience is paramount and this is where the soundtrack comes in While you ever so slowly drift towards victory you get to bliss out to sound It works really well Recommended followon game Kerbal Space Program Fun with Newton
