Order of the Light: The Deathly Artisan HD - A Hidden Object Game with Hidden Objects

Items become lost in this game and there is no way to retrieve them or get a substitute item I am very disappointed in this game I like HOP games but this is one I would NOT recommend     Order of the Light Deathly Artisans

Disappearing items that can not be retrieved You must start the whole game over Come on folks this is not up to your usually flair To try and get my money back would be futile I have to delete the game and I will be very very reticent to purchase another Big Fish game     No No No

I seldom em have problems with a game crashing or freezing I have an iPad Air with plenty of memory I open this game get the pin in the bush talk to the guy receive the key go in the door Upon entering the house the pin disappears from the inventory so I can do nothing inside I go outside and everything starts all over again with the guy offering the key and getting the pin from the busharound and around I go Is this a game bug or an iOS8 problem My other adventure games are fine First time EVER requesting a Regund or a Gix Anyone else having these problems     Cant even get started

Been waiting for the update for a while whats the delay I only got through less than 12 way Stuck on HOA where bird is fed seeds I have downloaded over 100 games never this bad of a game Im still a loyal customer     UPDATE Big FIsh

Yet another new game with horrible tech problems I downloaded the free version a few days ago and unlocked I right away without trying the game first Today I launched the game only to have the screen go black the first time I pinched to zoom with no way to correct that except uninstalling and reinstalling So I did thatand guess what Now I cannot restore my previous purchase or buy it again for that matter Check your internet connection is all I get Well my internet connection is working just fine but this game is garbage     What Has Happened to Big Fish Games

Enjoyed the game until I ran into a hidden object section were there was supposed to be a brush to polish a shoe but it was nonexistent I quit the game restarted my iPad and still no luck so I started again Same thing happened again so I gave it one more try This time I was 96 done the game when I needed to wet a cloth and pull down a pipe cover to shut off steam it never worked That was it I stopped playing Would have been a good game but it was to buggy Also when you use an object it was tough to figure out what part of the screen to move it to A number of times I had to try repeatedly to get items to work One star I would ask for my money back if I thought I could get it     Had to restart twice the 3rd time

This is one of my favorite games and the best Ive played in a very very long time and Im sorry I waited so long to play it I have an iPad Air and had absolutely no glitches or technical issues and I really hope Big Fish fixes the ones other people are having so everyone can enjoy this awesome game The storyline was great the voice overs were pretty decent the graphics were super crisp and both the main game and the bonus game were super long There was the perfect amount of minipuzzles and HOS and they were the list of items kind with some needing the extra step to find But my favorite part of the game has to be the extras to be found throughout the game There were 10 sets of collections with 5 items in each set to find including during the bonus game as well I also enjoyed the unique electronic journal to keep track of things too There is an integrated map to use for quick travel and the only minor flaw would be that the areas werent labeled by name but since you could see the rooms clearly pictured it was easy to get used to identifying each room I really hope this becomes a series and that Big Fish can offer us more games like it                 Loved Loved Loved It

Found both the main game and bonus game enjoyable Had no issues with crashing Mini games were not too difficult and directions were clear for what they were There were a lot of collectables to find 10 categories Look forward to further games                 Great game

Big Fish Games used to be so much better tested PLUS they would help you resolve or refund a broken game Now nothing I have had to reinstall this game twice the second time with over 5 hrs invested Critical hidden objects disappear and cannot continue plus on other occasions the screen goes black like many others who have also reported The game is fun with lots to find and decent puzzles but too has many problems unless you enjoy replaying games when you get stuck     Do not buy

I play a lot of these games and rarely have to restart due to glitches Cannot get to the end of this game for the HOPS disappearing items that keep you from moving forward by locking up the game and the only way around it is to reinstall and start over     Game HOPS keep Locking up

This came HAD potential It would not help you when you needed it And the guide was worst I found this game frustrating I also didnt like that map didnt have anything named I had to guess the entire time     Waste of my hard earn money

Wow Everything played well for me until I was 96 through with the game Then a glitch Im certainly not starting over And I got robbed of the bonus game Please fix these glitches           Annoyed

Am having the same difficulties as others when trying to play this game The first HOP items needed to use on a second disappear and become unavailable therefore making it impossible to continue the game I have uninstalled and reinstalled restarted twice and still am having issues trying to get through the whole game Big Fish please update this to correct the issues with this game The glitches make it impossible to complete     Order of the Light Deathly Artisan

Story graphics puzzles are great but I now have to restart for a third time due to problems with the hos scenes The multi part objects have half of the piece disappear This is ridiculous I spent money on this game and I cant play it Fix this now        Major hos bugs

This is the first game I couldnt play because I kept losing objects during HOS scenes The trial worked okay but as soon as I coughed up full price I started having problems I deleted it Maybe if they fix the glitches Ill download again Poo     Order of the Light the Deathly Artisan

This could be a great game But it continuously freezes up or the hidden objects that require you to put items together dont work Please do some revisions to fix this game so I dont feel I wasted my money           I want a refund

Good game but there are a few glitches in a few of the hidden object scenes that make it impossible to progress in the games Ive had to restart twice           Occasional Glitches

Third time through more problems the HO scene at the garden suddenly lost the grain to feed the chickadee and lure it from its bird house The hint puts a circle on nothing And since I need to get the strings from the birdhouse in order to continue I am stuck again Very frustrating since Im nearing the end of the game Developers fix the game Second time through PROBLEMS Drop to one star I had given this game a great review the first time I played but the second time was a different matter In the first HO game I needed to open a can of olives No problem I grabbed the can opener went to the can and poof No can opener Just a message saying I needed to open the can Try again Oh oh The can opener is gone Go to the hint button It circles the area where the opener USED to be its no longer there No way to continue Have to restart the game First time through This game has it all The map is terrific in helping you find the next step in your investigation The HO scenes are plentiful The puzzles are okay but some are WAY too simple and some are just boring I was happy I bought it even with these weak areas Its the best game BF has offered in a LONG time I look forward to the next one I didnt have any problems with the game It played smoothly     Fix this

Played pretty far into the game and during a hidden object scene a movable object disappeared I was unable to progress and restarted the game On the next play through I got to the very end but one ghost out of thirty wouldnt show up causing me yet again to throw away all progress Bigfish games arent cheap Youd think they would make sure games are stable before release I havent had any problems until their last couple releases Get on top of your game bigfish Quit releasing subpar games     Glitchy

This game is very good and very bad The VERY BAD being that I cant finish because The wet rag wont work on the stovepipe right at the end of the game So I am unable to finish frustrating KNOWN BUG Otherwise this would have been 4 stars Often useless HINT function in serious need of attention like somebody didnt play through enough game scenarios and discover all the places it just doesnt work or make sense I like the map its useful for getting around but it often shows something needs doing in an area where there is nothing to do If you dont care about finishing the game great music not annoying like some similar games Great HOP puzzles Awesome graphics and videos Good storyline     BUG unable to finish game

Ive restarted the game 3 times Not sure I am up for a fourth Keep having the same problem but on different screens If I touch an item that has to be used on another item in a Hidden object game it disappears And never reappears So I am stuck Not sure I am up for a fourth time I would like my money back Or a fix        Objects disappear

Im giving two stars because I did manage to get to the end of the game with only one restart You have to be very careful when playing the HOPs You must bring one object directly over the one you wish to activate or it will disappear I ultimately got to the end of the game and started playing the bonus game I got part way through it when I tapped the wrong area and got locked in a room with no apparent way out The turnaround button was deactivated and the map was locked I found several items in the room but they were useless as a means of helping me to get out of the room and back to the game Dont know where to go with thiscant get my money back and cant continue with the game Feel kinda ripped off Even if the game gets an upgrade or update hows that going to help me in my present predicament Totally bummed out Dude        Major disappointment

I tried twice The first time the key disappeared from the hidden object game Restarted my iPad still gone So I shut the game down and started over I got farther Then the arrow disappeared in the hidden object I give up Good storyline but I dont think Ill ever get to the end     I give up

Great game except for the disappearing items on the HOS You need two pieces to complete and one will just disappear I am 15 hrs into game I am not starting over again Please fix or refund me     Disappearing HOS pieces

Glitch in game during HO dropped item needed to get another item tried restarting game poered off and restarted nothing helped item to reappear for use and continuation of game too bad as til that point game was well thought out woth nice play graphics        HO item disappeared

This is a great game until the first time a item disappears during a HOP While combining two item one may disappear and there is no fix You can no longer progress through the game unless you delete you profile and creat a new one The concept is great and I hope the fix the issues        Glitchy

I really enjoyed this game but I have had to completely restart 3 times The game has frozen on me again but this time Im in the last chapter and so mad that Im disgusted with the whole game I will not purchase another game from this developer until the problem have been fixed           Frustrating

arrrrgh I was liking it very much until I hit an impassible glitch In the closet HOP displayed in the ad shot I found the can opener and placed it on the olive can The can flashed the opener disappeared but the can remains closed and will not give me an olive Road block Arrgh        artisan

Story line is very hard to follow I can not collect all 35 ghosts Therefore cannot finish the game There is one in the basement of his house over the sharping stone but it will not appear so as to capture it with the wand Very disappointed in the game And yes it is an annoying game Dont think I will even do the bonus game     Order of the Light
